Jueza de Olavarría ordenó allanamientos por una millonaria defraudación comercial
Secuestraron gran cantidad de tambores de miel.

La titular del Juzgado de Garantías N° 1 de Olavarría, doctora Fabiana San Román ordenó una serie de allanamientos en el marco de una millonaria defraudación comercial que investiga la fiscal Julia María Sebastián, titular de la UFI 15 de Bolívar.
Los allanamientos que ordenados desde el Palacio de Justicia de Olavarría estuvieron a cargo de la SUBDDI de Bolívar y se llevaron adelante este viernes 27 en Pilar, Capital Federal y Bolívar.
El informe de prensa emitido desde la SUBDDI Bolívar da cuenta que la investigación por esta millonaria defraudación se inició en el mes de febrero por una supuesta insolvencia fraudulenta de las firmas Azul Agronegocios S.A. y Patagonik Food.
El presunto ardid comercial y financiero habría perjudicado a varias empresas.
La compleja ingeniería delictual habría permitido a los imputados eludir el pago de millonarias sumas de dinero en una ficticia situación de insolvencia comercial, mientras paralelamente se constituían o reforzaban económicamente nuevas firmas, por lo que también se investiga la participación de profesionales integrantes de estudios contables.
Con el avala de la jueza olavarriense Fabiana San Román se logró ingresar y registrar un lujoso inmueble ubicado en Highland Park Pila, otro en la Capital Federal, y en Bolívar a las oficinas comerciales de Patagonik Food, ubicadas en calle Las Heras 1674.
En ese lugar los detectives de la SUBDD secuestraron más de 800 tambores de miel y verificaron la existencia además de un lote de 1691 tambores que se hallaban embargados por disposición judicial anterior, los cuales no se encontraban en el galpón de acopio donde se alojaron originariamente sino que habían sido trasladados a un depósito a cielo abierto.
En el operativo policial partició personal de la Sub DDI Bolívar y en la jurisdicción de Capital Federal intervinieron agentes de la Superintendencia de Investigaciones Federales de la Policía Federal Argentina.
El resultado de las diligencias arrojó un contundente éxito. Se secuestró una gran cantidad de materia prima, documentación contable de suma sensibilidad probatoria, evidencia digital, reportes bancarios y telefonía celular, todo sujeto a posterior análisis forense. También se dispuso el embargo de cuentas bancarias por la suma de quinientos millones de pesos ($ 500.000.000).
