Controles de cargas y transportes en el enlace “Néstor Kirchner”
El Municipio de Olavarría informa que continúan las labores preventivas y de control en materia de seguridad vial. En ese sentido, de manera paralela a los dispositivos que de manera permanente se despliegan en distintos puntos de la ciudad y el Partido, en las últimas horas se llevó a cabo un operativo de control de cargas y transporte en el enlace “Néstor Kirchner”.
Los trabajos se realizaron días atrás de manera conjunta entre la Subsecretaría de Protección Ciudadana Municipal y el Ministerio de Transporte y la Subsecretaría de Minería de la Provincia. A la par, también se contó con la participación de personal de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico y Productivo.
Se detalló que en ese marco se detectaron camiones con exceso del peso máximo permitido, incumpliendo de esta manera con el artículo 18 de la Ley Provincial 13.312, que regula la guía única de traslado para el tránsito de sustancias minerales. A la par, también se infringió la Ley Provincial de Transito 13.927, que sanciona el transporte con exceso de carga.
De manera paralela, también se dio inicio a actuaciones por encontrarse cargas destapadas, enmarcado en la Ley Nacional de Transito 24.449, artículo 48 incisos P-Q.
Además del pesaje de los camiones, personal de transito efectuó controles sobre la documentación obligatoria con la que deben contar los choferes de transportes de carga.
El operativo finalizo con la descarga del material excedente en cada camión, con el labrado de las correspondientes de actuaciones que fueron remitidas al Juez de Falta Local.
El Municipio de Olavarría enfatiza la importancia de la realización de este tipo de controles, cuyo resultado lejos está de limitarse a la detección de irregularidades o ilícitos, sino que son importantes también para la preservación de los caminos. En ese sentido, se apela a la responsabilidad de todos los actores involucrados para contribuir de esta forma a la seguridad vial de todas las personas.
