El Municipio realizará obras en el Jardín Nº 912 por más de 70 millones de pesos
La gestión del intendente Maximiliano Wesner llevará adelante una serie de obras en materia de infraestructura educativa en distintos establecimientos del Partido de Olavarría.
Este jueves por la mañana en el Salón Blanco del Palacio San Martín se llevó a cabo la apertura de la licitación pública para realizar obras de reforma y mejoramiento en el Jardín de Infantes Nº 912 “San Ignacio de Loyola”, cuya sede se encuentra ubicada en Laprida 4350.
La obra de reforma comprende 224,50m2 y proyecta la reubicación de la cocina con mayor espacio de trabajo, guardado y ventilación y la construcción de cinco baños nuevos: dos baños de adultos y tres baños infantiles (ubicados dentro del aula y en pasillo).
Como parte de los trabajos, se cambian las carpinterías completas de las aulas, se agrega revestimientos y junto con la construcción de los baños se construyen muebles de guardado para las aulas.
En la oportunidad se presentación seis ofertas económicas, tal como se detalla a continuación:
Proponente Nº 1: Pecma SRL cotiza la suma de $77.351.933,41.
Proponente Nº 2: Visan Ingeniería S.A. cotiza la suma de $77.461.170.
Proponente Nº 3: Larrosa Martín cotiza la suma de $92.998.014,58.
Proponente Nº 4: Vigas y Bloques SRL cotiza la suma de $71.195.175,80.
Proponente Nº 5: Bonsignore Mariano cotizó la suma de $78.000.000.
Proponente Nº 6: Vilmey Arg SAS cotizó la suma de $68.500.000.
En tanto que, el presupuesto oficial fue fijado en la suma de de $79.956.887,30.
Participaron del acto de apertura de licitación el secretario de Obras, Infraestructura y Servicios Públicos Orfel Fariña, el director de Licitaciones Ezequiel Lorenzo y representantes de las empresas oferentes.
