La casta está feliz: Los senadores nacionales cobrarán 9 millones de pesos
La Comisión Negociadora paritaria del Congreso, que reúne a los sectores sindicales que representan a los trabajadores y los representantes de ambas cámaras legislativas, resolvió un aumento en dos tramos para las dietas de los legisladores que suma el 6,5%: uno del 3,5% en julio y otro del 3% en agosto.
Con esta medida, las dietas de los senadores nacionales, cuyos ingresos están atados a los incrementos salariales del personal legislativo, tendrán un fuerte impacto: alcanzarán, en bruto, los 9 millones de pesos.
En tanto, en Diputados no tendrá impacto, ya que el titular de la cámara baja, Martín Menem no enganchó el aumento de las dietas legislativas al aumento de los trabajadores.
En abril, el Senado aprobó la resolución para que los aumentos de las dietas legislativas estén atados a los aumentos de los trabajadores legislativos. Así, los senadores llevaron sus ingresos a 8 millones de pesos en bruto (5 millones en mano tras los descuentos).
Esto es producto del proyecto de resolución sancionado por la Cámara Alta, a propuesta del salteño Juan Carlos Romero, aliado de La Libertad Avanza. En la sesión del 18 de abril de este año se puso en consideración esa resolución en una votación “a mano alzada”. Nadie solicitó lo contrario y casi todos los senadores que estaban en el recinto levantaron sus manos.
La resolución determina que, a partir del mes de mayo, los senadores nacionales percibirán 13 dietas anuales. “Cada una de las mismas será equivalente a 2500 módulos, más un adicional de 1000 módulos de gastos de representación y 500 módulos adicionales por desarraigo. El valor del módulo será el equivalente al que perciben los empleados legislativos de conformidad de las previsiones de la Ley 24.600”, indica la normativa votada.
Luego de la votación la vicepresidenta, Victoria Villarruel, posteó en la red social X: “Hoy los senadores de todos los bloques acordaron un aumento de su salario que fue votado a mano alzada en el recinto por contar con los votos necesarios para hacerlo. Como Presidente del Senado NO soy senadora, no cobro del Senado y NO puedo interferir en esas decisiones. Tampoco puedo obligar a que se vote nominalmente ni a que se justifique la decisión avalada por todos, porque NO soy senadora. Lo que sucedió en el Senado es perfectamente legal y NO tengo herramienta alguna para frenarlo”.(DIB) ACR
