IOMA sigue avanzando contra FEMEBA y cerró convenios directos con el Municipio de Navarro y el Círculo Médico de General Pinto
IOMA continúa logrando importantes convenios para prescindir de los servicios de la Federación Médica bonaerense y este martes se anunció la firma de convenios directos con otros dos Círculos Médicos de la provincia.
La decisión de IOMA de conveniar de manera con Círculos Médicos excluye a Olavarría dado que ya se ha confirmado e incluso se iniciaron gestiones que todo el vinculo de la obra social con profesionales de la salud de nuestra ciudad será con la intermediación de la gerenciadora Co.Ce.Ba, consorcio integrado por distintos municipios de la región y presidido por el Intendente de Olavarría.
Convenio con el municipio de Navarro
El acuerdo con el municipio de Navarro, fue firmado por el presidente de IOMA, Homero Giles y el intendente de esa localidad, Facundo Díaz. En este caso, el municipio nucleará a los profesionales médicos y les abonará los honorarios con los fondos que le remita IOMA.
Se trata de un convenio para el pago de honorarios por prestaciones ambulatorias y de internación brindadas por profesionales médicos.
«Esto implica un acuerdo capitado similar al que tenía FEMEBA y a los que se están suscribiendo distintos Círculos Médicos de la Provincia. Recordamos que el directorio del Instituto resolvió la prescindencia de la FEMEBA como intermediarios prestacionales, luego de que se detectara inconvenientes en la cobertura y cobros indebidos en la Región Junín», informó el IOMA
En el documento especifican que el municipio de Navarro se obliga a brindar atención médica de salud a través de profesionales médicos a las y los afiliados de IOMA que acrediten su condición de tales, y a abonar las prestaciones brindadas por profesionales médicos a los que hubieren efectuado tales prestaciones, con el fin de promover la accesibilidad, la continuidad y la prevención de su salud, desde un enfoque de atención integrada, centrado en el paciente.
Acuerdo con el Círculo de General Pinto
El convenio con el Círculo Médico de General Pinto fue rubricado por su presidente, Cleto Ciocchini y la directora de la Región Junín, Lucila Laguzzi.
Desde el IOMA indicaron, «con las firmas de estos acuerdos, se busca normalizar y mejorar la atención médica en las localidades de General Pinto, siguiendo el ejemplo del Círculo Médico de Chacabuco y de Junín que recientemente firmaron un convenio similar, luego de que el Directorio de IOMA resolviera prescindir de los servicios de la Federación Médica de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (FEMEBA) quien actuaba como mediadora entre prestadores directos y el Instituto.»
Estos convenios establecen que los Círculo Médicos brinden atención médica integral, tanto ambulatoria como de internación, a las y los afiliados de IOMA, garantizando que los médicos no perciban honorarios directos de éstos, salvo copagos autorizados por la obra social o sobre prácticas no convenidas ni nomencladas.
También se convenió la implementación de mecanismos administrativos para facilitar el acceso a servicios de salud, así como el uso de tecnologías para la validación y prescripción online.
Al respecto, los Círculos y sus profesionales se comprometen a la utilización obligatoria de las herramientas informáticas necesarias para la atención de las y los afiliados a IOMA como el uso de token digital de validación de identidad de la/el afiliada/o, la implementación de receta electrónica y todo otro instrumento tecnológico de validación, autorización y/o prescripción online.
