Adelanto / Detuvieron un policía olavarriense acusado de abuso sexual
En la causa aparece como víctima una mujer policía.
La Justicia de Garantías dictó la detención de un efectivo policial de Olavarría que semanas atrás había recibido varias denuncias en su contra, entre ellas una de abuso sexual.
La denunciante en la causa es una mujer policía que es defendida por el doctor Sergio Roldán quien en la noche de este jueves confirmó la detención del efectivo.
El policía detenido será indagado este viernes en el marco de la audiencia del Art. 308 del Código Procesal Penal de la provincia de Buenos Aires. Este trámite se llevará adelante en la sede de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción N° 10 que en la actualidad se encuentra dirigida por el Ayudante Fiscal, doctor José Pedro Iturralde.
Se dejó saber además que el policía olavarriense podría ser trasladado, tras la indagatoria, a la Unidad Penal de la localidad Melchor Romero.
