Camino a Crotto: Importante operativo de control de cargas entre el Municipio y Provincia
El Municipio de Olavarría informa que en las últimas horas, en labores desplegadas en conjunto con la Subsecretaría de Minería de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, se llevó a cabo un operativo de control de cargas y guías mineras sobre el denominado camino a Crotto, donde se detectaron diversas irregularidades.
El dispositivo fue encabezado desde la Subsecretaría de Protección Ciudadana, en una labor mancomunada con personal de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico y Productivo del Municipio y de la Subsecretaría de Minería de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Se contó además con la presencia y participación de agentes de la policía Bonaerense.
Además del pesaje de los camiones, personal de transito efectuó controles sobre la documentación habilitante obligatoria. En ese marco, se detectaron diversas irregularidades, en su mayoría camiones con sobrecarga, lo cual se tradujo en el decomiso de alrededor de 130 mil kilos de piedra y granito.
Se detalló que las actuaciones labradas se enmarcaron, por un lado, en la Ordenanza Municipal 784/88, que normatiza sobre régimen contravencional municipal específico el exceso de cargas en el transporte por vehículos y, por el otro, la Ordenanza Municipal 3684/14, que tiene como objeto reglamentar la circulación en los caminos rurales. Todas las actas de infracción fueron puestas a disposición del Juzgado de Faltas Municipal.
A la par, el operativo requirió también la participación de personal de la Secretaría de Obras Públicas, que debió realizar labores de reacondicionamiento y mejora sobre el camino debido a que un camión volcó parte de su carga.
El Municipio de Olavarría enfatiza la relevancia de la realización de estos operativos de control, que permiten no solo evitar la fuga de material no declarado, con su correlato en evasión fiscal, sino también para contribuir a la preservación de caminos rurales y vecinales.
Controles viales en distintos puntos de la ciudad
De manera paralela, desde la Subsecretaría de Protección Ciudadana, continúan las tareas de prevención en materia de seguridad vial mediante operativos de control que se realizan en sitios estratégicos y horarios rotativos, con el objetivo de prevenir no solamente siniestros viales, sino también detectar y evitar cualquier tipo de ilícitos.
Las labores son llevadas a cabo desde la Dirección de Control Urbano, con la colaboración de agentes de la policía Bonaerense.
En ese marco, de acuerdo con lo que se detalló, en los últimos días se iniciaron varias actas por diversas infracciones, en su mayoría a partir de la constatación de rodados circulando sin la documentación habilitante. Se enumeró la ausencia de licencia de conducir, cédulas, como así también la falta de elementos tales como luces traseras, dominios (patente) y cascos en motociclistas.
Todas las actuaciones elaboradas fueron puestas a disposición del Juez de Faltas Local, mientras que los rodados retenidos fueron trasladados al Corralón Municipal.
