Juicio por el asesinato de Carlos Cordero: Declaró una perito de Junín y una mujer que supo ser pareja del «Chaco» Ibarra
Este lunes en el Palacio de Tribunales de Azul se concretó una nueva audiencia en el juicio oral y público por el crimen de Carlos Cordero, el hombre que fue víctima de un hecho que conmovió a la ciudad de Olavarría y que ocurrió a fines de junio del año 2019.
El juicio se lleva adelante en la sede del Tribunal Criminal Oral N°2 de Azul, integrado por tres juezas de las cuales solo una es la natural del TOC dado que las otras dos son Magistradas subrogantes. La doctora Alejandra Raverta es quien encabeza las audiencias secundada por sus colegas Inés Haydeé Olmedo y Silvia Araceli Torres.
En este juicio hay dos personas acusadas de asesinar a Carlos Cordero: los imputados son Claudio “El Chaco” Ibarra y Anabela Landalde, quienes son defendidos por la doctora Soledad Kelly y la doctora Adriana Hernández, respectivamente.
La audiencia de este lunes 21
El primero de los testimonios que escucharon las partes del proceso en la jornada del lunes fue netamente técnico. Como testigo se presentó la doctora Inés Uría que es médica especialista en anatomía patológica del Instituto Forense de Junín.
La doctora Uría realizó distintas confirmaciones respecto de lo que sucedió con el cuerpo de Carlos Cordero una vez asesinado y previo a ser incinerado. En este sentido la profesional confirmó que «no había vitalidad» cuando el cuerpo fue mutilado y desmembrado.
En la audiencia la profesional precisó que Cordero recibió un disparo de arma de fuego que causó su muerte y luego con «un objeto filoso» que podría haber sido un cuchillo o un hacha el cuerpo fue desmembrado.
Otro de los datos que apareció en el testimonio de la especialista fue que no existió «periodo agónico» es decir que Cordero murió inmediatamente después de haber recibido el disparo de arma de fuego.
En el continuidad de la audiencia se escucharon los testimonios de las hermanas Mailen y Estefanía Fernández. En el caso de Estefanía hay que mencionar que fue pareja del «Chaco» Ibarra antes del asesinato de Cordero. La mujer señaló que «Ibarra era muy buena persona». En el desarrollo del testimonio quedó dicho que durante un tiempo esta mujer vivió en una vivienda que Ibarra tenía en «El Pasillo». Según contó Estefanía allí vivió con su hija, con su madre y con su hermana Mailen. Una vez que se puso en pareja con Ibarra se mudó con él a la casa donde se produjo el homicidio de Cordero. Todo terminó unas «tres semanas» antes del crimen de Cordero, cuando – según contó – Ibarra la amenazó con un arma de fuego.
Estefanía señaló que cuando ella dejó la casa de Ibarra, donde asesinaron a Cordero, quien comenzó a vivir en el lugar fue Anabela Landalde, la otra acusada del crimen.
En ese testimonio se deslizó que Ibarra, ya preso y alojado en la Unidad Penal, confesó el crimen de Cordero.
El otro testimonio fue el de Francisco Pérez. En este testimonio se habló de un «arma de fuego» que sería propiedad de Ibarra y era guardada en la casa de Pérez.
Los pasos a seguir
De acuerdo con lo que señalaron distintas fuentes consultadas aún restan varios testimonios, el juicio se retomará el próximo lunes 28 desde las 9.30 horas.
