El HCD realizó la 13° sesión ordinaria: los proyectos aprobados
Este jueves 26 de septiembre se realizó en el Centro de Convenciones de Olavarría (CCO) la decimotercera sesión ordinaria del período deliberativo 2024.
La sesión comenzó con la aprobación en firma unánime de un proyecto de resolución del bloque Ahora Olavarría solicitando al Ejecutivo Municipal “infraestructura idónea que provea seguridad, iluminación y otros servicios” en el Parque Raúl Alfonsín, más conocido como “Parque Sur”.
Luego se aprobó una resolución impulsado por Marcelo Petehs para declarar de Interés Legislativo Municipal a la trayectoria de los olavarrienses María Victoria Maiz, María Cecilia Esnal, Juan Pablo Notararigo, Gabriela Limardo, Thiago García, Guadalupe Serantes y a la Asociación de Bochas de Olavarría.
A continuación se sancionó un proyecto de ordenanza del bloque Unión por la Patria que crea el “Programa de Separación de Residuos para Eventos Masivos“, como política ambiental para fomentar el reciclado y reducir la cantidad de material a enterrarse en el relleno sanitario.
Por otra parte, se aprobó una ordenanza de los bloques PRO y Libertad Olavarría que impone el nombre de “Comandante Juan Antonio Puebla” a una calle determinada de la ciudad de Olavarría.
Asimismo, se sancionaron dos proyectos de resolución impulsados por el PRO – ERF declarando de Interés Legislativo Municipal el 30° Aniversario de la creación del Colegio Privado Libertas y el 21° Congreso de Funcionarios y Funcionarias del Poder Judicial de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
También se aprobó un proyecto de resolución instituyendo en el calendario municipal todas las actividades que se realicen en el marco del Día Internacional de la Mujer Rural, a celebrarse en el mes de octubre de cada año.
Seguidamente se aprobó en forma unánime un proyecto de comunicación del bloque UCR manifestando el “repudio” del cuerpo ante el accionar del Tribunal de Casación al reducir las penas a dos olavarrienses condenados por el delito de abigeato.
Por otra parte, se aprobó un proyecto de resolución declarando de Interés Legislativo el 2° Congreso Educativo Regional a realizarse del 25 al 27 de septiembre.
Antes de finalizar, se sancionó un proyecto de resolución manifestando “preocupación” por las situaciones de inseguridad presentadas por los representantes de martilleros y titulares de inmobiliarias.
