La coordinadora del Jardín Maternal Principito desmintió al Sindicato de Municipales
En entrevista con LU32, Daniela De Líbano, afirmó que nunca llamó llorando al titular del gremio José Stuppia. Además, relató cómo fue la intervención sindical que puso en alerta a algunas familias que tienen a sus niños y niñas en el establecimiento. Agregó que no tiene presiones de sus jefes y reconoció, de todas maneras, que el sueldo de sus compañeras es bajo.
Al ser consultada por los hechos que se hicieron públicos desde el Municipio y desconocieron desde el Gremio, la coordinadora explicó que el martes 8, luego de haber recibido un mensaje por algunas acciones del lunes 7, donde una madre observó presencia de integrantes del sindicato y se mostró preocupada, De Líbano encontró a José Stuppia sentado en el SUM con tres de las trabajadoras.
En ese marco, tuvo un intercambio con Stuppia y le dijo “que había tenido una denuncia, que por favor lo tengan en cuenta”. El intercambio subió de tono y ella decidió terminarlo, afirmó.
Mientras tanto, en dos salas había niños y niñas con dos docentes que no estaban plegadas a la asamblea del SUM: “Me fui para la sala, él ahí me sigue y es donde interrumpe en las otras dos salas donde había menores, estaban los niños” precisó la docente.
En la sala de deambuladores, Stuppia usó un tono más elevado, al tiempo que otra madre ingresaba al jardín maternal y llegó a observar la escena.
Esa madre fue la que expresó que no tenía que pasar que esas personas estén en el jardín y que, si volvía a suceder, había que avisarle para que retire a su hijo, señaló De Líbano.
De Líbano también se refirió al equipo de trabajo del jardín y a cómo deciden sumarse o no a las medidas de fuerza.
“Yo no le bajo lineamientos a nadie” expresó, contundente.
“Mis compañeras son totalmente inteligentes y capaces de poder decidir en libertad. Tanto la decisión de tomar la asamblea como de levantarla, siempre se hizo en conjunto, nunca porque yo dije ‘hacemos o dejamos de hacer’” reiteró la coordinadora.
Añadió que valora “mucho” a su equipo de trabajo.
“Nadie discute que el sueldo de varias de mis compañeras es bajo, eso no está en discusión, pero se priorizó abrir un jardín para que los nenes puedan volver a sus días cotidianos” justificó.
En otro punto del diálogo, De Líbano desmiente explícitamente a Stuppia cuando afirma “yo nunca lo llamé llorando” como dice en la nota.
Reconoció que siempre que han pasado las compañeras del sindicato de manera “cordial”, según ella ve y le han contado sus compañeras. Por eso, no entiende por qué Stuppia expresó que ella lo llamó.
Descartó cualquier tipo de presión por parte de las autoridades municipales como Malena Pianciola.
En referencia a la reunión con padres, la calificó como “Necesaria”.
“Tal vez José no comprende cómo es el manejo de una institución, por eso también manifiesta ciertas cuestiones de lo que fue la reunión de los padres, que exigen porque salió una nota y porque querían una explicación de parte mía y de parte del Ejecutivo” puntualizó.
La coordinadora del Principito reiteró: “Acá lo que se está cuidando es pura y exclusivamente el estado emocional de los niños y niñas que concurren al maternal, que tienen entre 45 días y 3 años”.
“Tenemos 38 niños y niñas en dos turnos. Yo soy la responsable de esta institución y mientras yo esté, mi prioridad es el estado emocional de los niños que concurren al jardín” concluyó De Líbano.
