Maximiliano Wesner visitó la planta de La Casiana
En la mañana de este viernes, el Intendente Maximiliano Wesner, visitó la planta de La Casiana, una empresa local con amplia trayectoria en el rubro lácteo.
Durante la recorrida estuvo acompañado por el secretario de Obras, Infraestructura y Servicios Públicos, Ing. Orfel Fariña, y el subsecretario de Empresas e Inversiones, Ing. Bernardo Baldino.
En la fábrica fueron recibidos por Fernando Benac (dueño de La Casiana), Cristian Sica (jefe de planta) y Marcela Lagleyze (ingeniera a cargo del proyecto de ampliación).
Lácteos La Casiana brinda una amplia variedad de productos lácteos de calidad y frescura, que son elegidos diariamente para acompañar la mesa, y son avalados por una trayectoria de casi cuatro décadas de tradición artesanal y que ha sabido transmitir el sabor de generación en generación.
En el marco de la visita, se realizó una recorrida por distintos sectores de la planta de producción de lácteos, su envasado, estacionado y posterior guardado en cámaras frigoríficas. Donde el jefe de planta señaló la nueva maquinaria adquirida de última de generación y alta innovación para la producción de lácteos.
Posteriormente, el responsable de la firma Fernando Benac y la ingeniera Lagleyze presentaron al Intendente Wesner los planos del proyecto de obra de ampliación que permitirá una mayor producción, que incluye además un laboratorio y reformas y mejoramiento de la planta de tratamiento de efluentes.
La empresa nace en 1979 de la mano de Guillermo Benac como un proyecto familiar con un fuerte valor enfocado en su producción artesanal. Hoy se encuentra bajo la dirección de su hijo Fernando Benac, y actualmente se posiciona como una importante industria con personal capacitado, tecnología de punta y materias primas seleccionadas para la elaboración de productos de calidad: sin conservantes ni aditivos producidas bajo estrictas normas de higiene y salubridad.
En este sentido, están enfocados en la ampliación y modificación de la sala de elaboración, con la incorporación de nuevas tecnologías y en el área de logística y distribución con los años se ha desarrollado una importante estructura comercial.
