Santiago Fraschina presentó el libro “Los tres modelos en disputa” en Olavarría
El licenciado en Economía, Santiago Fraschina, realizó la presentación del libro “Los tres modelos en disputa”, un trabajo que agrupa y teoriza en torno a los diferentes planes económicos aplicados en Argentina, desde una defensa del modelo al que los autores denominan «justicialista».
“El gobierno actual implementa el modelo de valorización financiera que es fácil de aplicar pero trae consecuencias nefastas, como sucedió con Martínez de Hoz en dictadura, el menemismo y Macri”, planteó el autor del libro.
La presentación del libro tuvo lugar en el auditorio del Centro de Empleados de Comercio de Olavarría (CECO) y contó con la presencia del intendente, Maximiliano Wesner.
Fraschina explicó que el modelo de valorización financiera conlleva la «destrucción de la industria nacional, el crecimiento de la desocupación y la caída de los salarios”. Además, advirtió que «generan burbujas que tarde o temprano explotan».
El trabajo que cuenta con la participación de reconocidos economistas plantea la existencia de otros dos modelos económicos en el país: el desarrollismo y un tercero al que decidieron nombrar como «justicialista».
«El desarrollismo que formuló por primera vez Frigerio apuesta a un proceso de industrialización pero plantea que su financiamiento debe surgir del salario bajo de la clase obrera», explicó.
En cuanto al justicialista, Fraschina señaló: «El modelo que nosotros impulsamos también quiere industrializar el país pero el financiamiento lo busca obtener a través de la apropiación de las rentas extraordinarias de algunos sectores. Pero para eso hay que discutir con los grupos de poder».
Para el autor, la aplicación de ese modelo requiere fortalecer la «comunidad organizada» y consideró que también se debe avanzar hacia una «actualización de su programa» que contemple el surgimiento de nuevos fenómenos como las economías de plataformas.
El libro “Los tres modelos en disputa” fue publicado por la Editorial de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata y puede descargarse en forma gratuita.
