Últimas semanas para tramitar la habilitación de Colonias de Verano
El Municipio de Olavarría recuerda que se encuentra abierto el plazo para que responsables de llevar a cabo actividades en colonias de verano o vacaciones tramiten la correspondiente habilitación comercial. Lo deberán hacer ante la Dirección de Habilitaciones del Municipio, desde donde se detalló que tendrán tiempo de hacerlo hasta el próximo viernes 29 de noviembre.
Por este motivo, desde el área se invita a responsables de colonias de verano a iniciar los trámites de regularización de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.
A continuación, se describen los requisitos a presentar.
– Fotocopia DNI del titular
– Contrato de alquiler, comodato (con copia de escritura) o escritura en caso de ser titular de la propiedad
– Constancia de AFIP
– Nota informando listado de profesores (en caso de ser nuevos adjuntar título)
– Declaraciones Juradas de los profesores y guardavida (retirar copias de las DDJJ)
– Libreta del guardavida (con revalida)
– Servicio de Emergencias Médicas
– Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil
– Informe antisiniestral realizado por licenciado o ingeniero, visado por el Colegio de Profesionales de Seguridad e Higiene o con constancia de matricula al día del profesional
– Bromatología – Análisis de agua (tel: 15616993 o mail: bromatologí[email protected]), (no se deberá presentar al momento de tramitar, sino que deberán llevar la muestra a la Dirección de Bromatología, incluso previamente a iniciar el trámite de habilitación).
La/el propietaria/o o responsable del desarrollo de la actividad deberá realizar un análisis bacteriológico del agua de consumo, (no de dispenser) así como también un análisis del agua del pozo con la que se llenan las piletas.
Si el agua no se destina para consumo, se deberá extraer la muestra de un baño o vestuario, donde quienes asistan al lugar lo puedan utilizar como sitio para el aseo personal.
Los análisis se deben realizar por temporada y deberán contar con los resultados de aptitud de los mismos al momento de inicio de la actividad es por eso que solicitamos que cuanto antes los vayan realizando.
Se reitera que la documentación completa será recibida hasta el 29 de noviembre (sin excepción).
