Anticipo / Preocupación ante la posible venta irregular de lotes a la vera del arroyo San Jacinto
Vecinos del sector se mostraron preocupados y buscan evitar posibles estafas. Ya tomó intervención el Municipio de Olavarría.
En las últimas horas aumentó la preocupación entre vecinos de un importante sector de la ciudad que advirtieron la existencia de una inmobiliaria que se encuentra ofreciendo terrenos para la venta en una zona donde no estaría habilitada la subdivisión.
En Línea Noticias recopiló una importante cantidad de información que da cuenta del ofrecimiento comercial que lleva adelante la inmobiliaria local.
Los terrenos que se están ofreciendo para la venta están ubicados en los márgenes del arroyo San Jacinto en inmediaciones de los barrios «Los Sauces» y AOMA.
Según pudo establecer En Línea Noticias, esos terrenos no se pueden subdividir y por esa misma razón quien los compre tampoco podrá desarrollar construcción alguna. En los ofrecimientos que salen a la venta se ofrecen como «oportunidad única» para acceder a una casa quinta, algo muy común en esa zona de la ciudad.
Los lotes se están ofreciendo a 15 mil dólares y en las ofertas que se realizan se otorgan facilidades de pago a quienes se muestran interesados.
Teniendo en cuenta los antecedentes que se registran en Olavarría con este tipo de operaciones es que los vecinos de la zona han realizado distintas consultas, incluso con agrimensores, con el objetivo de conocer en profundidad lo que está sucediendo. Toda la información que llegó a los vecinos ratifica la imposibilidad de comercializar esos lotes.
Extraoficialmente En Línea Noticias pudo confirmó que el Municipio comenzó a tomar intervención en el hecho a través del área de Legales y Catastro. Voceros municipales ratificaron que en esa zona de la ciudad, y en ese sector particular, no se puede realizar ningún tipo de construcción.
El Municipio habría avanzado sobre el tema e incluso ya habría notificado al Colegio de Martilleros de Olavarría sobre lo que para el Municipio es «una irregularidad.»
