Edicto por traslado de demanda
POR DOS DIAS. El Tribunal de Trabajo Nº 2 de Olavarría hace saber que en los autos: «VALDERREY JOSE ERNESTO C/ SCHWINDT HUMBERTO LUIS Y OTRO/A SI DIFERENCIAS SALARIALES», Expte. Nº OL2798/2024, se ha resuelto: ///OLAVARRIA, 6 de Diciembre de 2022.Atento lo pedido, habiendo dado resultado negativo las diligencias practicadas en autos, tendientes a notificar el traslado de demanda a SCHWINDT HUMBERTO LUIS y a CIANCIO PATRICIA MONICA, atento lo pedido y lo dispuesto por los arts. 341, 145, 146 y 147 del C.P.C. y C. -89 ley 15.057, practíquese por edictos que se publicarán por el plazo de DOS días en el «Boletín Oficial», en forma gratuita, en mérito a lo preceptuado por el art. 1, ley 8593, y en uno de los diarios Online de mayor circulación de la ciudad, a saber En Línea Noticias, indistintamente, a opción del peticionario, con cargo de oportuno reintegro, bajo apercibimiento de designarse Defensor Oficial (arts. 341 C.P.C.y C., 89 ley 15.057).-Los edictos deberán ser confeccionados electrónicamente por el peticionario colocando para el caso de la publicación en el diario, su domicilio electrónico para que una vez confrontado por este Tribunal le sea enviado nuevamente a los fines de su diligenciamiento (art. 398 C.P.C.C., 89, ley 15.057) salvo que la destinataria se encuentre incluída en el listado de domicilios electrónicos habilitado por la SCBA para la recepción de oficios en el link https://registrodomicilioselectronicos.scba.gov.ar/listados.aspx debiendo en este caso colocar el asignado como domicilio electrónico del destinatario para que una vez confrontado y firmado le sea notificado (art.398 C.P.C.C., 89, ley 15.057); y con el domicilio electrónico del destinatario el dirigido al Boletín Oficial a fin de ser suscripto por este Tribunal y notificado adecuadamente.-Dese traslado de demanda a SCHWINDT HUMBERTO LUIS, y a CIANCIO PATRICIA MONICA, quienes deberán comparecer a contestarla dentro del término de DIEZ días, bajo el apercibimiento antes indicado. Copias de demanda y documentación se encuentran a
