Fijan en 254.231,91 el Salario Mínimo, Vital y Móvil
Luego de no haber acuerdo entre empresarios y sindicatos en la reunión que mantuvo la semana pasada el Consejo del Salario Mínimo, Vital y Móvil (SMVM), el Gobierno nacional volvió a establecer, por tercera vez en el año, los aumentos del salario mínimo que regirán en los próximos meses.
A través de la Resolución 13/2024, publicada este viernes en el Boletín Oficial, el Poder Ejecutivo fijó los incrementos para el haber mínimo, que sirve de referencia para programas sociales. Los nuevos valores (por mes o por hora) son:
* A partir del 1° de julio $ 254.231,91 o $ 1.271,16 la hora.
* A partir del 1/8/2024 $ 262.432,93 o 1.312,16 la hora.
* A partir del 1/9/2024 $ 268.056,50 o $ 1.340,28 la hora.
* A partir del 1/10/2024 $ 271.571,22 o $ 1.357.86 la hora.
De esta manera, los valores del SMVM son apenas superiores a lo que ofrecieron los empresarios ($ 245.000), pero quedaron muy lejos del reclamo de la CGT ($ 480.000). Y, de acuerdo a los valores de la inflación que a junio fue del 79,8%, este ingreso perdió claramente: en el semestre se incrementó un 50,2% al pasar a los actuales $234.315, lo que representa un deterioro del 16,5%.
De acuerdo a un informe del Centro de Investigación y Formación (CIFRA) de la Central de los Trabajadores de la Argentina (CTA), el SMVM tiene un poder de compra 32,1% menor del que tenía en noviembre del año pasado, ya que “los aumentos nominales sumaron 60,5% respecto de noviembre de 2023, cuando en el mismo período se proyecta acumular una inflación superior al 136%”.
El salario mínimo incide en los trabajadores registrados mensualizados o jornalizados que cobran menos del salario mínimo mensual o por hora. Y de manera indirecta como referencia sobre los trabajadores no registrados o informales.
Además, determina que los que se jubilaron con 30 o más años de aportes (sin recurrir a las moratorias) tienen derecho a cobrar el 82% del SMVM. Sin embargo, en esta oportunidad el 82% del SMVM de julio ($ 208.470) es inferior al haber mínimo: $ 215.580 por lo que no corresponde el pago de ningún adicional a esos jubilados y pensionados.
Asimismo, la resolución estableció que la Prestación por Desempleo, tanto para los trabajadores convencionados o no convencionados, será “equivalente a un 75% del importe neto de la mejor remuneración mensual, normal y habitual del trabajador en los seis meses anteriores al cese del contrato de trabajo que dio lugar a la situación de desempleo”.
Y remarcó que “en ningún caso la prestación mensual podrá ser inferior al 50% del Salario Mínimo Vital y Móvil vigente, ni superior al 100% del Salario Mínimo Vital y Móvil vigente”. (DIB)
