Discapacidad: aplican cambios para tramitar las pensiones
El Gobierno nacional aplicó cambios para el trámite de la pensión por discapacidad que valida la Agencia Nacional de Discapacidad (Andis), organismo que hace dos semanas ya había endurecido los requisitos para acceder a las Pensiones No Contributivas (PNC) por Invalidez Laboral.
A través de la Resolución 1925/2024 publicada este jueves en el Boletín Oficial, se informó que Anses recibirá el Certificado Médico Oficial (CMO) en formato papel hasta el 31 de marzo de 2025, un paso más hacia la celeridad y rapidez en el proceso para los beneficiarios.
La digitalización del CMO forma parte de un conjunto de iniciativas impulsado para hacer más accesible y seguro el proceso de solicitud de pensiones no contributivas por discapacidad. De esta forma se elimina el uso de documentación física que está más expuesta a riesgos de falsificación o pérdida.
En el artículo 3 de la resolución dice: “Determínase que el Certificado Médico Oficial Digital es el único modo de confección y suscripción del Formulario CMO requerido para el trámite de solicitudes de Pensiones No Contributivas por Invalidez Laboral”.
Luego, en el artículo 4 la norma publicada hoy en el Boletín Oficial indica: “Determínase que no se podrá iniciar el trámite de Pensión no Contributiva por Invalidez Laboral sin su respectivo Certificado Médico Oficial Digital y sus estudios médicos complementarios correspondientes”.
Al mismo tiempo, la norma advierte sobre los cambios en la presentación de la documentación para acceder a las pensiones por discapacidad. En el artículo 5 dice: “Determínase que los Certificados Médicos Oficiales (CMO) en formato papel encriptados con código (QR) emitidos con posterioridad a la publicación de la presente Resolución en el Boletín Oficial carecerán de validez”.
Días atrás, el Gobierno había activado la auditoría de las Pensiones por Invalidez y endurecido los requisitos para cobrarla. A través del Decreto 843/2024, la Andis pasó a tener la potestad de dictar las normas aclaratorias y complementarias de implementación, al tiempo que se buscará determinar los criterios, procedimientos y documentación necesarios para el acceso y/o mantenimiento del beneficio.
