Recrudece el conflicto con IOMA: Femeba sesionará frente a la Gobernación
Tras una jornada de protesta por el conflicto con IOMA que no tuvo respuesta, la Federación de Médicos de la provincia de Buenos Aires (Femeba) confirmó que el martes 12 de noviembre, a las 11.30, realizará la reunión de Consejo Directivo frente a la Gobernación bonaerense a modo de reclamo.
Según afirmó la entidad en un comunicado, el objetivo de la protesta “es visibilizar por toda la comunidad la problemática suscitada a partir de la denuncia unilateral del convenio por parte de IOMA, en 20 partidos del ámbito provincial y desenmascarar las mentiras, la ineficiencia y la falta de transparencia de la actual gestión de IOMA”. “Y sensibilizar al Gobernador que frente a varios pedidos de audiencia siempre nos ignoró”, se agregó.
Mientras desde la obra social argumentan que bajaron el convenio al detectar irregularidades en la intermediación de la entidad con los médicos, Femeba insiste con el pedido de audiencia con Kicillof, al tiempo que llevó a cabo una serie de planteos públicos en busca de una “instancia de diálogo que permita solucionar el problema, sostener las fuentes laborales de miles de médicos y cumplir con el servicio a los afiliados del IOMA”.
El conflicto viene desde agosto, cuando IOMA resolvió cortar a Femeba en la intermediación de prestaciones en el noroeste provincial por presuntas irregularidades.
Desde la entidad se reclama por una deuda que tiene el Instituto por más de 8.000 millones de pesos, según se afirma. IOMA replicó que el reclamo de 8 mil millones “no está documentado, respaldado por prestaciones que hayan realizado”.
También se apuntó que “presentaron una nota reclamando 5 mil millones de pesos, de los cuales solo alrededor de 3.500 millones de pesos son reclamables. El resto no se lo puede reclamar a IOMA, porque, según auditorías, no se les estaría debiendo. También hay que recordar que Femeba se quedó con un excedente de 15 mil millones, entonces debe compensar esa deuda, lo que dejaría saldo a favor para IOMA”. (DIB) MM
