Designan al doctor Albano Gallicchio como juez del TOC N° 2 de Azul

El doctor Albano Gallicchio, de 35 años, fue designado como juez del Tribunal Oral y Criminal N° 2 del Departamento Judicial de Azul y con sede en la vecina localidad.
La designación fue oficializada este viernes mediante la publicación del decreto firmado por el gobernador Axel Kicillof.
A partir de esta designación la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la provincia de Buenos Aires queda habilitada para formalizar los trámites necesarios para que el doctor Gallichio preste el juramento de Ley y comience a cumplir funciones en el TOC N° 2.
Hasta el momento el doctor Albano Gallicchio se venía desempeñando secretario del Juzgado de Garantías 1 de la vecina localidad de Azul. Es egresado de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata y recibió su título de abogado en 2012.
Su ingreso al Poder Judicial de Azul se produjo al año siguiente.
En un principio desempeñó tareas en la Cámara Penal y en la Cámara de Apelaciones en lo Civil y Comercial de Azul -Sala I.
Desde 2012 colabora en las cátedras de Derecho Procesal de la Facultad de Derecho de la UNICEN y es coordinador de actividades académicas en Contexto de Encierro, también desde esa casa de altos estudios con sede en esta ciudad.
Integra la comisión del Colegio de Magistrados y Funcionarios del Departamento Judicial Azul y fue también Secretario del Instituto de Estudios Judiciales de la Suprema Corte de Justicia.
