Auditoria Municipal IV: Galli dejó que cinco empresas no paguen una importante tasa y Wesner ahora busca cobrarles más de $315 millones
La Auditoria realizada por la administración de Maximiliano Wesner dejó en evidencia una importante cantidad de deficiencias de gestión que se llevaban adelante en la administración del PRO de Olavarría a cargo de Ezequiel Galli.
«La gestión saliente no cobraba el uso del espacio subterráneo y aéreo por parte de empresas prestadoras de servicios de internet, cable, telefonía, gas», se afirmó en el informe de auditoria.
Conocida está situación, la administración municipal buscará que cinco empresas – mencionadas en la auditoria – paguen más de 315 millones de pesos no cobrados por la gestión Galli. «Esta omisión significa una pérdida de ingresos del Municipio», indicó la comuna en el informe de auditoria.
El cobro del uso del espacio público de parte de empresas prestadoras de servicios está regulado en la Ordenanza Fiscal e Impositiva.
Ahora, aplicando el Art. 12 de la Ordenanza Fiscal e Impositiva, la gestión Wesner sale a la búsqueda de que estas empresas afronten estos pagos.
Telefónica Móviles Argentinas SA deberá pagar 63.081.408,00 pesos.
Personal Flow deberá pagar 114.821.408,00 pesos.
INFRACOM Olavarría SA deberá pagar 14.445.200,00 pesos.
IMPERACTIVE SA deberá pagar 72.775.056 pesos
AMX Argentina SA tendrá que pagar 50.160.000,00 pesos.
El total a cobrar es 315.283.072 pesos.

Hoy día, telefonía e internet, también son servicios escenciales.
Así como de electricidad, por uso en dependencias y alumbrado público, le cobran al municipio, de igual modo recursivo el municipio debiera cobrarles el uso del espacio público, ya q vivimos enredados por el cablerío.
Parejito los muchachos de la gestión saliente!! Ahora se entiende porqué el déficit municipal durante su paso por la administración municipal; algo inédito para la ciudad; tanto la auditoría, como así los resultados conocidos!! Espero que dicha idoneidad en los sucesos, se mantengan a lo largo de los años; tanto para los actuales administradores, como para los que vendrán!!
Y, que dichos hechos investigados, no queden en una simple intervención, si no, que se prosigan en los fueros correspondientes, para que los responsables se conozcan públicamente y paguen ante la sociedad. Que se haga Justicia.
Que bueno q la «casta» pague impuestos como cualquier ciudadano…pensar q al q tiene esos servicios los aumentos están a la orden del día..joya intendente!!!…siga así!!!…
