Es Ley la modificación del Régimen Jubilatorio los empleados del Banco Provincia
Tras una extensa jornada de búsqueda de consensos, la Cámara de Diputados de la Provincia de Buenos Aires convirtió en ley la Modificación del Régimen Jubilatorio del Banco Provincia. La aprobación de esta iniciativa tuvo lugar este jueves durante una sesión extraordinaria en la cual también fue aprobado el proyecto que regulariza la ejecución de condenas del régimen penal juvenil. Además, se realizó el recambio de autoridades legislativas.
La modificación del Régimen Jubilatorio del Banco Provincia busca restituir a los trabajadores de la entidad el 82% móvil para el cálculo de haberes jubilatorios y el 75% para el cálculo de las pensiones. Además, restablece la edad jubilatoria de 60 años para las mujeres. Para sostener esta restitución de derechos, los trabajadores activos del banco incrementarán sus aportes, pasando del 14% al 16%.
Cabe destacar que esta medida pretende subsanar la quita de derechos que estos trabajadores sufrieron durante la gestión de María Eugenia Vidal. La reforma impulsada por esa gestión había elevado la edad jubilatoria de las mujeres y disminuido el monto de haberes jubilatorios al 70% de lo que cobra un trabajador en actividad.
Para referirse a esta iniciativa tomó la palabra la diputada Susana González, quien expresó: “Esta es la ley que piden los trabajadores del Banco Provincia, y nuestra función acá es acompañarlos. Esperemos que de acá en adelante no haya ningún gobierno, ningún gobernador, ni ningún presidente que se arrogue facultades que no le corresponden o que sancione sin escuchar a los trabajadores que afectan estas leyes”
