Concejales de Milei en Olavarría buscan intervenir en las decisiones del Municipio respecto del programa TUVI
Concejales olavarrienses encolumnados detrás del presidente de la Nación Javier Milei buscan intervenir desde el HCD en las decisiones que toma la administración del intendente Maximiliano Wesner el plan de viviendas TUVI.
Los ediles liberales libertarios presentaron un proyecto de Resolución donde exigen cambios en el programa y particularmente en el sistema de cuotas que estipula la adquisición de terrenos.
En este contexto el bloque de La Libertad Avanza de Olavarría pidió al ejecutivo reformas en la Plan de viviendas TUVI.
Según señalan los ediles el costo estimado para la compra del terreno, independientemente de la financiación propuesta por el Ejecutivo, resulta «discriminatorio» para la mayoría de los olavarrienses.
En ese marco, para los concejales libertarios «resulta indispensable desarrollar un programa de viviendas que sea accesible, pagable, representativo de la realidad – demanda habitacional.»
Agregan además que «es prioritario que los adjudicatarios cuenten con una herramienta genuina y accesible, por parte del ejecutivo local, que les permita acceder a comprar el terreno con las mismas facilidades a las que acceden a la compra de la vivienda.»
«La ventaja de financiar el terreno en la misma cantidad de cuotas que la vivienda ampliaría enormemente el espectro de potenciales candidatos a participar del programa», consideran los representantes de Milei en nuestra ciudad.
Pese a la restricciones en la obra pública que ha impuesto el gobierno de Javier Milei con más de 1000 obras paradas en la provincia de Buenos Aires, los concejales de la Libertad Avanza dicen que «el gobierno municipal cuenta con un contexto favorable para la planificación y el desarrollo de un programa de financiación responsable, producto de los esfuerzos del gobierno nacional de controlar las variables macroeconómicas, que permitieron bajar la inflación sustancialmente, como así también, favorecer la vuelta del crédito.»
