Javier Milei elige a un olavarriense y lo nombra Embajador argentino ante la ONU
El presidente de la Nación, Javier Gerardo Milei decidió desplazar al actual Embajador argentino ante la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) y como reemplazante eligió a un nativo de Olavarría con extensa trayectoria diplomática.
El representante argentino ante la ONU, tras la decisión de Milei, será el olavarriense Francisco Tropepi.
Tropepi, entre otras funciones, se desempeñó como Encargado de Negocios de la Embajada Argentina en Israel e incluso se hizo cargo de esa sede diplomática durante el mandato de Alberto Fernández tras una escandalosa salida de quien por entonces era embajador, Sergio Urribarri.
Posteriormente, el olavarriense Francisco Tropepi pasó a desempeñarse en la embajada argentina en Washington.
