Fue adelanto de En Línea/ Pellegrini y Peña: Son dos hermanos los que se enfrentaron a balazos y uno de ellos está aprehendido
El hombre que recibió el balazo, cuando ocasionalmente pasaba por el lugar, tiene 68 años.
Un hombre de 31 años se encuentra aprehendido y a disposición de la justicia luego de un violento episodio que terminó con un transeúnte herido con un disparo de arma de fuego.
Los hechos sucedieron en Pellegrini y Roque Sáenz Peña este viernes alrededor de las 20 horas tal como adelantó En Línea Noticias.
El fiscal Christian Urlezaga, titular de la UFI N° 7, tiene a cargo la investigación penal que, por el momento, está caratulada como «Abuso de armas».
Si bien la investigación se encuentra en la etapa inicial, y todo está sujeto a las pericias y testimonios que se irán sumando a la causa judicial, En Línea Noticias pudo confirmar que los violentos hechos se iniciaron por la confrontación entre dos hermanos.
Los investigadores consideran que uno de ellos, que tiene 31 años y está aprehendido, fue el autor de los disparos.
Tras la detonación del arma de fuego, un hombre de 68 años que nada tenía que ver con el conflicto y ocasionalmente pasaba por el lugar recibió un disparo en su pierna derecha y debió ser hospitalizado.
El presunto autor de los disparo se fugó del lugar y se mantuvo oculto en una vivienda ubicada en Roque Sáenz Peña al 4600 hasta que fue encontrado por la policía.
Al menos por el momento el arma de fuego que fue utilizada en el hecho no pudo ser hallada, según señalaron allegados a la investigación a En Línea Noticias.
Como es habitual en este tipo de episodios, trabajó personal de la Policía Científica que llevó adelante las primeras medidas de prueba.
El aprehendido fue alojado en la sede de la Comisaría Segunda.
