El Municipio participó de una charla sobre medidas de abrigo con referentes del Poder Judicial
Este martes por la tarde se realizó una importante jornada de capacitación sobre medidas de abrigo a cargo de magistrados de los Juzgados de Familia 1 y 2 de nuestra ciudad, y profesionales letradas del Municipio, en instalaciones de la Asociación de Abogados de Olavarría.
La misma fue llevada adelante por los jueces de familia Dr. Santiago Arrondo y Dr. Daniel Morbiducci y las abogadas Liliana Puente y Florencia Giangreco del Servicio Local de Promoción y Protección de Derechos de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes municipal. Acompañaron la actividad profesionales de la Asesoría de Menores e Incapaces, personas y organizaciones vinculadas a la materia.
Durante el encuentro, dialogaron sobre conocimientos prácticos y protocolos sobre medidas de abrigo en el ámbito del Derecho de las Familias y debatieron escenarios situacionales con el público participante para despejar inquietudes, intercambiar experiencias, y optimizar el circuito de atención integral en la materia.
Desde la Subsecretaría de Protección de Derechos municipal, Malena Pianciola destacó la importancia de participar de este tipo de instancias de formación interinstitucionales “que permiten socializar la perspectiva de trabajo territorial y comunitario en el acompañamiento a las infancias y adolescencias, como también el trabajo desarrollado durante las medidas de protección y de abrigo”.
