Tandil: Miguel Lunghi reducirá un 5% las tasas a los contribuyentes que adhieran a la Factura electrónica

La Agencia de Ingresos Municipales (AGIM) del Municipio de Tandil recordó la posibilidad de adherir a la Factura Electrónica a través del portal “Rentas Online” dentro de la web del Municipio (www.tandil.gob.ar), y resaltó que quienes adhieran contarán con un beneficio del 5 por ciento en las tasas.
Este sistema permite a los contribuyentes gestionar sus tasas municipales de manera más cómoda, rápida y sustentable.
La iniciativa forma parte de las acciones impulsadas por el Municipio de Tandil para avanzar hacia la digitalización y modernización de los servicios comunales.
Cómo adherirse a la Factura Electrónica
El procedimiento es sencillo y puede realizarse en tan solo dos pasos. Una vez ingresado al portal de Rentas Online, que se encuentra en la sección de “trámites”, se debe ingresar con el usuario o registrase si es la primera vez.
Luego se deberá seleccionar la cuenta que desea adherir, activando la opción de Factura Electrónica en el margen izquierdo, donde aparecerán todas las cuentas asociadas al CUIM o CUIT registrado.
Tras completar el proceso, cada vez que se emita una nueva factura, el contribuyente recibirá un correo electrónico con un enlace que le permitirá acceder a la factura y realizar gestiones adicionales en el portal de Autogestión.

Beneficios y nuevas disposiciones a partir de 2025
De acuerdo a la legislación vigente, desde el año 2025 quienes adhieran a la Factura Electrónica podrán acceder a un beneficio del 5% de descuento en sus tasas municipales. Este beneficio no será acumulable con el descuento por Débito Automático.
Además, se establece el cobro por el envío físico de las tasas municipales, actualmente fijado en $700, según la Ordenanza Impositiva a aprobarse para 2025. Para los contribuyentes fuera del partido el cargo se incrementará en un 100%.
Nuevas iniciativas: Domicilio Especial Electrónico
A su vez, se convocó a los contribuyentes a adherir, a partir del próximo año, al Domicilio Especial Electrónico. Este trámite, que deberá realizarse de manera presencial, será un nuevo canal de comunicación con los vecinos y ya está en uso para comercios.
Con estas iniciativas, el Municipio de Tandil reafirma su compromiso con la modernización administrativa, la sustentabilidad y la mejora continua de los servicios ofrecidos a la comunidad.
