«Te quedas sin gente en esas áreas», la justificación de Federico Aguilera al pago de algunas bonificaciones que realiza el Municipio
El concejal reconoció los bajos salarios que paga el Municipio de Olavarría.
La administración de Maximiliano Wesner, tal como pasaba en la gestión de Ezequiel Galli, viene pagando bonificaciones a algunos trabajadores e incluso a algunos funcionarios que, según los distintos decretos, pueden significar un incremento salarial de entre el 20 y 25%..
Estas bonificaciones no son una novedad e incluso algún dirigente de Unión por la Patria, cuando ejercía oposición a Ezequiel Galli, las cuestionaba con ahincó.
Una de las críticas más duras a estas bonificaciones se escuchó en el año 2020 durante una sesión del Concejo Deliberante. En aquel año, más precisamente en el mes de mayo, el entonces concejal y hoy funcionario de Maximiliano Wesner decía sobre las bonificaciones que pagaba Ezequiel Galli: “lo que tenemos que cuestionarnos y merituar es la oportunidad, la conveniencia de esos adicionales y en todo caso la moralidad de nuestra función en autorizar eso en el medio de situaciones en las cuales sabíamos que le íbamos a tener que pedir sacrificio a nuestros conciudadanos. Creo que las respuestas están todas dadas.”
Las bonificaciones por experiencia, por tiempo pleno y por otras definiciones que realiza volvieron en estos días a ocupar el centro de la escena dado que el STMO -en medio del conflicto con la comuna – salió a cuestionarlas.
En este punto, el presidente del bloque de concejales de Unión por la Patria, Federico Luis Aguilera defendió el pago de estas bonificaciones salariales en una entrevista con el periodista Martín Miguel Rodríguez (Lu32, Radio Coronel Olavarría) donde además reconoció que el Municipio paga salarios que no compiten con el sector privado.
Dijo Aguilera: «son un mecanismo legal. En algunas tareas y en algunos funcionarios especifica se se necesita gente sea profesional y capacitada en esa área especifica y hoy los salarios con los que cuenta el Municipio, muchas veces, están muy por debajo de lo que un profesional puede ganar en el ámbito privado. Poder contar con esos profesionales en el ámbito de la Municipalidad y el Estado muchas veces requiere darle un salario acorde a lo que necesita o puede reclamar ese profesional.»
Aguilera no dudó en asegurar que si no existieran esas bonificaciones «te quedas sin gente para esas áreas.»
«Muchas veces esas bonificaciones se dan en el sentido de la necesidad que tiene el Municipio de contar con profesionales específicos en esas áreas que cumplan tareas, son tareas de tiempo pleno y de un trabajo muy especifico», finalizó diciendo el concejal y presidente de la bancada de Unión por la Patria.
