Sigue avanzando en el Senado la creación la empresa bonaerense de emergencias en salud
Es una de las iniciativas más importantes que impulsa el gobernador Axel Kicillof.
El Salón Antonio Cafiero del Palacio Legislativo de la Provincia de Buenos Aires fue el escenario de una nueva reunión de la Comisión de Presupuesto e Impuestos.
El encuentro que fue presidido por el senador Marcelo Feliú (Unión por la Patria), contó con la participación de Pablo Obeid (UxP), Ayelén Durán (UxP), Federico Fagioli (UxP), Amia Curi (UxP), Carlos Santarelli (UXP), Christian Gribaudo (PRO), Alejandro Rabinovich (PRO), Luis Celillo (UCR-Cambio Federal), Agustín Máspoli (UCR-Cambio Federal), Marcelo Daletto (UCR-Cambio Federal) y Silvana Ventura (LLA). En tanto, de manera virtual dijeron presente Sofía Vannelli (UxP), Laura Clark (UxP) y Aldana Ahumada (PRO).
El encuentro sirvió para retomar el debate del proyecto de ley enviado por el Poder Ejecutivo que apunta a crear la empresa bonaerense de emergencias en salud.
De hecho, el senador Eduardo Bucca (UxP) participó del encuentro en su calidad de médico para explicar y avalar los motivos de la propuesta.
La iniciativa, que obtuvo media sanción en la Cámara de Diputados tras algunas modificaciones, llegó al Senado donde ya fue debatido por Comisión de Salud y fue avalada con despacho de mayoría por el oficialismo. En tanto, la oposición rechazó la propuesta y presentó dos dictámenes de minoría, uno del PRO y otro de la UCR-Cambio Federal.
En esta oportunidad, el oficialismo ratificó el dictamen de mayoría que venía de Salud, mientras que la oposición también reiteró su rechazo a la normativa y presentó, en este caso, tres dictámenes de minoría, donde se sumó el de La Libertad Avanza a los otros dos preexistentes.
El proyecto aprobado en la Cámara baja de la creación de una Sociedad Anónima con Participación Estatal Mayoritaria (SAPEM) a cargo del Ministerio de Salud de la provincia de Buenos Aires, busca mejorar el servicio de emergencias médicas en la provincia cuya fragmentación actual genera limitaciones e inequidades en el acceso a la salud, un uso inadecuado de los recursos y aumento de costos para la provincia y los municipios, entre otras dificultades.
El objetivo del gobierno provincial es que esta empresa brinde asistencia sanitaria ante urgencias o emergencias, traslados pre-hospitalarios e inter-hospitalarios; servicios de logística y transporte de insumos críticos (sangre y hemoderivados, oxígeno, medicamentos y residuos patogénicos, entre otros), y el manejo de un sistema de información integral que garantice el funcionamiento del sistema.
“El objetivo de hacer más eficiente el sistema tiene que ver con la recuperación de los costos y este proyecto lo cumple”, sintetizó Feliú.
