Allanaron una vivienda por estafas en comercios con «transferencias fantasmas»
En las últimas horas se realizó un allanamiento en una vivienda del barrio Hipólito Yrigoyen en el marco de una investigación por estafas que tuvo como víctima a un comerciante de Olavarría.
Las estafas se concretaron a través de «transferencias fantasmas».
La denuncia del comerciante local se había registrado el 11 de septiembre pasado y derivó en una causa penal que investiga la UFI N° 10 con la fiscal Mariela Viceconte y el Ayudante Fiscal José Pedro Iturralde a la cabeza.
En principio se informó que las víctimas de estas acciones resultan ser los propietarios de comercios quienes brindando su confianza ofrecen sus productos permitiendo que dicha operatoria sea saldada mediante transferencias de billeteras virtuales.
Los estafadores, para concretar su raid, utilizan una aplicación apócrifa que emite comprobantes falsos.
En el desarrollo de los allanamientos además de teléfonos celulares que podrían estar relacionados con el delito de estafa, se secuestró un envoltorio de Nylon conteniendo 2,2 gramos de cocaína.
Por esto último se inició una causa paralela que investigará la UFI N° 19 que de manera interina dirige el doctor, Lucas Moyano.
