Fuga de Unidad 27: El Servicio Penitenciario recapturó al preso evadido
El preso que se había evadido este domingo de la Unidad 27 de Sierra Chica, de acuerdo a lo que supo En Línea Noticias, fue recapturado cerca del mediodía de este lunes en inmediaciones de Colonia Nievas, la fuga se advirtió cerca de las 22 horas de este domingo en el recuento de esa hora por parte del personal del SPB.
Tras los rastrillajes que realizó el personal de la Unidad 27 y de Policía, el interno fue encontrado en la zona.
Se trata del interno Hugo Alberto Farias, con domicilio en Avellaneda en la PBA. el sujeto estaba purgando una pena por el delito de “Robo agravado” por el uso de arma de fuego, que no se pudo acreditar la aptitud de disparo. Por ser cometido en poblado y en banda. Robo agravado por el empleo de arma de fuego que no se pudo acreditar la aptitud de disparo. Y otros 4 hechos similares.
El preso estaba esperando la libertad condicional, y con libertad asistida desde el mes de septiembre. En octubre un olavarriense con condena a Prisión Perpetua se evadió desde la misma cárcel y aún no fue recapturado. Farías está ahora alojado en la Unidad 2.
