El STMO le advierte a los empleados municipales que no deben firmar una nueva circular enviada por el gobierno
El Sindicato de Trabajadores Municipales de Olavarría que lidera José Salvador Stuppia lanzó este jueves una nueva advertencia destinada los empleados del gobierno municipal. Puntualmente, en este caso, el STMO recomienda «no firmar» una circular enviada por el Gobierno Municipal «para darse por notificados de forma digital».
El STMO sostiene y considera que, «cada una de las notificaciones deben llegar a los trabajadores y trabajadoras municipales a través de sus jefes directos y en formato físico papel» y además el gremio explica que, «los dispositivos electrónicos de los trabajadores y trabajadoras son privados y no representan el medio adecuado para la recepción de notificaciones laborales de ningún tipo.»
Por último siempre haciendo mención a estas notificaciones electrónicas que promueve el Ejecutivo, el STMO le dice a los trabajadores y trabajadoras municipales que «si no cuentan con señal o crédito en sus teléfonos de igual manera quedarían notificados y eso es muy peligroso.»
