Elecciones en Coopelectric: El Consejo de Administración mantiene su decisión respecto de las irregularidades de la Lista Verde
Se espera, tal como se anunció, que los dirigentes opositores concurran a la justicia con un recurso de ámparo.
Este viernes fuentes oficiales del Consejo de Administración de Coopelectric confirmaron a En Línea Noticias que se mantiene la postura de suspender las elecciones previstas para el mes de agosto luego no haberse oficializado la Lista Verde debido a una serie de irregularidades.
En primera instancia, una fuente oficial de Coopelectric señaló: «ellos presentaron el viernes pasado con todas las irregularidades que se informaron en la conferencia de prensa. Luego se analizó y se les otorgó las 72 horas estipuladas por el Estatuto para poder subsanar los errores. Ahí volvieron a presentar las cosas con nuevas irregularidades por eso se rechazó la lista y se dejaron sin efecto las elecciones.»
La misma fuente señaló, «desde que se los notifico tenían 72 horas (como máximo) para presentar. Ellos al segundo día fueron y presentaron las cosas, es decir que ahí se terminó el plazo por eso se hizo el análisis y se resolvió lo que se informó en conferencia de prensa.»
Los dirigentes de la Lista Verde habían señalado tener tiempo hasta las 23.59 del jueves 25 de julio para presentar toda la documentación para subsanar las irregularidades.
Se espera ahora, tal como se anunció, que los dirigentes de la Lista Verde lleven al tema a la justicia mediante un recurso de amparo.
