La directiva de APEBA en Olavarría: «No sabemos cómo vamos a hacer para cumplir con esa deuda con CAMMESA»
La Comisión Directiva de APEBA llevó adelante este jueves su reunión mensual en Olavarría. Referentes de distintas cooperativas de la provincia de Buenos Aires estuvieron en Olavarría y Coopelectric, con Alberto Miotti a la cabeza, fue la anfitriona.
En la sede del Club Pueblo nuevo, antes de las reuniones formales, se llevó adelante una conferencia de prensa que fue encabezada por Oreste Binetti presidente de la Cooperativa Eléctrica de Luján y de la Federación APEBA.
Oreste Binetti, presidente de APEBA, fue categórico al definir la situación de las Cooperativas bonaerenses: «hoy la situación de las cooperativas es muy grave, yo lo considero muy grave. Cuando comenzó la pandemia, alguna cooperativa podía tener problemas de pago a nuestro proveedor, CAMMESA, un mes o atrasarse 15 días o lo que fuese, pero nunca, nunca hemos tenido los problemas que tenemos hoy con CAMMESA, que es nuestra proveedora de energía. Nos encontramos en un estado muy grave, muy grave, todas las cooperativas y principalmente las cooperativas de APEBA, porque lógicamente hablamos de cooperativas de más de cinco mil asociados.»

Binetti señaló que al momento no se conocen los detalles del acuerdo con CAMMESA para saldar estas importantes deudas. Aclaró que resta salir un decreto para oficializar el acuerdo de pago aunque adelantó que, por lo que saben, «va a ser con un año de gracia y 72 cuotas con un interés del 50% que cobran ellos. Pero lógicamente hay cooperativas, yo hablo en este caso, voy a dar el ejemplo de mi cooperativa, yo soy presidente de la Cooperativa de Luján, nosotros en este momento estamos pagando 2.200, 2.300 millones de pesos de la provisión de energía mensualmente, y tendríamos que pagar en el Plan S más o menos el 20% de esos 2.000 millones que estamos debiendo, o sea, 400 millones de pesos más. Hoy no estamos en condiciones para poder hacerlo.»

Oreste Binetti dijo que la salida «es negociar» y aclaró que en el caso de APEBA hay un equipo que están «en contacto permanente con la provincia. Vivimos negociando, pero sin resultados», dijo.
