En la Cámara de Diputados de la provincia de Buenos Aires quedaron expuestos gravísimos hechos de corrupción que se habrían registrado en la subcomisaría de Loma Negra. Los hechos fueron denunciados una oficial de la Policía de la provincia y como consecuencia de esto hay una investigación en marcha en el fuero federal.
Los hechos que se habrían sucedido en la localidad de Loma Negra llegaron a la Cámara de Diputados de la provincia debido a la presentación de un pedido de informes que realizó la diputada del PRO-Libertad, Sofía Pomponio. Esta Legisladora provincia pertenece al espacio político que se referencia en la Ministra de Seguridad de la Nación, Patricia Bullrich.
La génesis de la denuncia se produjo el 18 de junio de este año cuando una Oficial Principal que cumple servicio en la subcomisaría Loma Negra denunció hechos de corrupción. Concretamente se denunció que una Oficial Principal, también de esa dependencia, tomaba las denuncias por fuera del Sistema Único de Denuncias (SID). De esta manera las denuncias eran «ocultadas» y no eran «informadas» a las distintas fiscalías que debían que continuar con la investigación.
En la presentación del Pedido de Informes, la diputada Sofía Pomponio relató: «la efectivo policial denunciada estaba tomando las denuncias en Word, por fuera de este sistema, las imprimía, se las hacía firmar a los denunciantes y las cajoneaba. Es decir, nunca las derivaba a las fiscalía. La fiscalía nunca intervenía en esas denuncias.»
Pomponio contó además ante el pleno de la cámara baja bonaerense lo que sucedió con la mujer policía que denunció a su superior por estos gravísimos hechos. «A raíz de esta denuncia esta efectivo policial, la denunciante, comenzó a recibir numerosas amenazas», dijo Pomponio quien señaló luego de esas amenazas esta mujer policía tomó contacto con ella.
«Hago este pedido de informes, y a los tres días de haberlo presentado en esta Legislatura, le dejan en el parabrisas de su auto tres cartuchos de 9mm», denunció Pomponio en en la Legislatura e informó que desde ese momento la fiscalía federal que investiga estos hechos dispuso de una custodia federal para la mujer policía que denunció estos hechos de corrupción.
Sofía Pomponio apuntó a la inacción del ministro de Seguridad de la provincia Javier Alonso y además hizo extensiva la denuncia de falta de intervención al área Asuntos Internos y del Jefe Departamental de Olavarría. «No hicieron nada», reiteró.
La Diputada Provincial lanzó sus preocupaciones, «estas maniobras que se realizan en la subcomisaría de Loma Negra, son maniobras que claramente tienen como objetivo ocultar la situación de inseguridad que está atravesando nuestra provincia. Son maniobras para ocultar la estadística. Son maniobras que eligen los corruptos, los delincuentes, los que se esconden detrás de un uniforme para delinquir. Otra de las preocupaciones que me deja esta denuncia es que hay Legisladores y Legisladoras que alzan las banderas del feminismo y la sororidad pero cuando tienen que defender a una mujer que lleva un uniforme, le dan vuelta la cara.
