Sin cobertura desde octubre, los afiliados de la Obra Social esperan por una solución luego que la semana pasada IOMA anunciara un acuerdo con Femeba y se resisten a un convenio con Coceba.
Como cada martes, los afiliados autoconvocados de IOMA se reunieron en el Paseo Jesús Mendía para dar a conocer su reclamo y compartir las novedades sobre la posibilidad de un convenio entre la Obra Social y Femeba para poder con la atención médica en Olavarría.
“La situación es desesperante porque hace desde el 1 de octubre que no tenemos cobertura. O sea, cortaron el convenio con Femeba e IOMA y nos quedamos sin prestaciones. Lo que estamos intentando es que lo más pronto posible, lo más urgente posible es restablezcan un convenio”, dijeron Karina Vázquez y Marcela Alekseenko.
“Si no es un convenio directo con IOMA, con Femeba como estaba antiguamente. Lo que no queremos es el convenio con Coceba, que era lo que se había hablado fuertemente y que luego de nuestras intervenciones se desestimó. Creo que hicimos bastante ruido como para que esto no progresara”, señalaron.
La semana pasada la Obra Social bonaerense emitió un comunicado informando sobre la firma de un acuerdo con la federación médica. En el mismo señalaba que los círculos médicos debían sumarse al convenio.
“Sabemos que están ultimando detalles, sobre todo con los copagos, que lo que no quieren es que nos cobren copagos, como venían cobrando, pero no sabemos nada más”, explicaron en referencia a la consulta sobre si habían logrado comunicarse con el Círculo Médico de Olavarría y confirmaron que los descuentos en los recibos de haberes se siguen realizando, aunque sin recibir las prestaciones correspondientes.
“Nos descontaron los tres meses y ni una prestación. Y es mentira lo que dicen los gremios que IOMA está funcionando” manifestaron, aunque reconocieron que “están funcionando los policonsultorios de Udocba, en el gremio, y por ejemplo el traumatólogo atiende dos pacientes por mes y para hacer recetas, o sea, para lo mínimo, no para cosas urgentes”.
En cuanto a los medicamentos, comentaron que “sí tenemos cobertura, pero bueno, para hacer una receta tenés que pagarle al médico la consulta. Los laboratorios también”.
Si bien reconocieron que desde “la sede local de IOMA nos han recibido ya dos veces y cada vez que vamos están alertas porque le hemos presentado quejas. Fue una reunión muy tensa la que tuvimos, pero le planteamos nuestra postura”.
En cuanto a la negativa de que la Obra Social firme un acuerdo con Coceba, señalaron que “ya sabemos cómo funciona” y explicaron que “como dijo el gobernador, hay intermediarios y si hay intermediarios queda dinero en el medio. Y Wesner dice que Coceba no es un intermediario, sí es un intermediario. Porque si va a transparentar supuestamente las acciones de IOMA, es un organismo, es un consorcio Coceba, es un organismo regional”.
