Maximiliano Wesner: «Las decisiones las tomo yo»
El intendente Maximiliano Wesner realizó un balance de gestión en una entrevista que realizó en Desayuno con Noticias con la periodista Claudia Bilbao. El jefe comunal se refirió a la relación con el sindicato de Trabajadores Municipales en medio de un año con tensiones y cruces fuertes entre el ejecutivo y el gremio que encabeza José Stuppia.
En ese sentido señaló que, “no estamos enfrentados al menos de nuestra parte.”
Dijo, “es marcar las cosas que para nosotros están mal, que tienen que ver con muchísimas acciones y cuestiones vinculadas e inherentes al sindicato, pero no de los trabajadores. Esto a mí no me aleja de los trabajadores, al contrario, yo soy una persona que recorro oficinas, que voy al taller municipal, nosotros siempre desde el diálogo, de manera respetuosa, en cada uno de los abordajes”.
Con respecto a la negociación paritaria Wesner no quiso adelantar lo que se lleva adelante con el sindicato, en ese sentido afirmó que, “la paritaria anterior se cerró por acta acuerdo, no fue por decreto,” aunque más tarde se rectificó.
Sin embargo, el mandatario condicionó el aumento salarial atado a la caída de la recaudación por la merma de actividad económica: “La explotación de canteras ha caído 30% interanual. En cuanto a la elaboración del despacho de cemento, la piedra granítica cayó un poco por encima del 40%, interanual. Eso se ve reflejado en las arcas municipales.”

Ante la consulta sobre el rol que ocupa el ex diputado César Valicenti, en el gobierno y en la toma de decisiones, Wesner reiteró los conceptos que anticipó la jefa de gabinete y esposa Valicenti, Mercedes Landivar, en el informe de gestión ante el HCD: “César es empleado de la Contaduría General de la Provincia y tiene un pase en comisión al municipio de Olavarría, está colaborando. Permanece y está en el municipio es parte de las decisiones que tomo.”
“Obviamente tengo y tenemos un equipo de trabajo que está conformado con personas con mucho recorrido, algunas que tenían conocimiento pleno y acabado de la gestión, que hemos decidido que puedan acompañarnos, y otros que veníamos ya de años anteriores compartiendo la misma mirada, un mismo pensamiento de la Olavarría que queremos. La participación obviamente es de todo el gabinete, pero las decisiones las tomo yo, obviamente.”

Mas adelante el intendente no quiso tomar posición ni ubicarse dentro de un sector determinado de la coalición de Unión Por la Patria: “estoy pensando constantemente en los vecinos y vecinas de Olavarría. Estoy parado acá en el centro de la provincia de Buenos Aires trabajando todos los días para mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias, caminando todos los barrios, caminando las localidades, recorriendo las dependencias municipales. A ello me debo y de ahí no me muevo.”
“IOMA – COCEBA, es una posible solución, pero no es excluyente”
Sin embargo, ante la consulta por la situación de la falta de cobertura médico ambulatoria de IOMA en Olavarría Wesner señaló que, “Hay una decisión del gobierno provincial, de la obra social y en eso nosotros no tenemos injerencia. Sí tenemos injerencia en tratar de brindar soluciones y de poder aportar soluciones, porque me preocupan los olavarrienses que están sin cobertura médica, en función de eso, obviamente que tenemos un diálogo con la provincia.”
“El convenio entre IOMA y COCEBA es una herramienta y una posible solución que se ofrece, que no es excluyente y que no es la única.”
