Carolina Santellán sobre el barrio CECO III: «estamos ya casi al 85% de avance en casi todas las casas»
La dirigente sindical dijo que a mediados de febrero estaría abierta la inscripción de posibles adjudicatarios.
La secretaria de Previsión y Vivienda del Centro Empleados de Comercio de Olavarría, Carolina Santellán confirmó que «en un mes y medio» se terminarían las viviendas que constituyen la construcción del Barrio CECO II.
Carolina Santellán habló con los colegas de Radio Olavarría adelantó que la intención sería abrir la inscripción de posibles adjudicatarios a mediados del mes de febrero.
Santellán explicó, «estamos ya casi al 85% de avance en casi todas las casas. Algunos tienen un avance un poquito más. Tendrán 90%, pero en un promedio de 85 casi las 100 casas. Nos falta muy poco, estamos contentos.»
La secretaria de Previsión y Vivienda del Centro Empleados de Comercio explicó como será el proceso de inscripción y adjudicación: «mi intención es abrirla a mediados de febrero. Nosotros tenemos que hacer la inscripción acá en Olavarría. Armar un listado de titulares y de suplentes, enviarlo al Instituto de la Vivienda y ellos dicen quiénes son los adjudicatarios. Después de eso se pone la fecha de entrega de las primeras casas. La entrega seguramente sea en al menos dos tandas.»
Santellán, además, detalló cuales serán los requisitos que deben cumplir los postulantes que deseen acceder a una de las 100 viviendas.
«Los requisitos básicos, en nuestro caso, es ser afiliado al CECO. No está cerrada la inscripción a personas que no estén afiliadas, pero nosotros tenemos una prioridad para sorteo y para la asignación de titulares que sean afiliados y afiliadas a nuestro sindicato. Para acceder a la casa no se puede tener ningún tipo de inmueble o vivienda a nombre del titular o su pareja. Lo mínimo hay que cobrar es un salario y medio mínimo vital y móvil para acceder al crédito del Instituto. Las familias que tengas niños a su cargo tienen cierta prioridad. Nosotros no limitamos a eso, todo aquel que se quiera inscribir lo puede hacer», dijo Carolina Santellán.
Adelantó que, seguramente, la inscripción se realizará en el CECO y probablemente se realice mediante un sistema de turnos.
Se aclaró que está inscripción aún no está abierta y se anunciará en el momento oportuno.
«Hacer un barrio es mucho más que hacer las casas, es hacer un espacio donde la gente viva, disfrute y trabaje», dijo Santellán.
