Auditoria Municipal III: De 56 cámaras instaladas en las localidades sólo funcionan 17
La auditoria municipal elaborada por el Ejecutivo Municipal desnudó gravísimos deficiencias en distintas áreas de la comuna que fueron advertidas por la administración de Maximiliano Wesner una vez que asumió funciones en diciembre de 2023.
En Línea Noticias decidió recortar aspectos centrales de esta auditoria, tomando como base servicios básicos que presta la comuna, uno de ellos el Centro Municipal de Monitoreo.
En este punto se informó que de 56 cámaras instaladas en las localidades sólo funcionan 17. Según expresó el informe de auditoria, al momento de la colocación de estos dispositivos se carecía de infraestructura básica para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento: tendido eléctrico, falta de antenas o señal, entre otros.
El Municipio anunció en el Informe de Auditoria que se está gestionando la llegada de la fibra óptica a las localidades de manera tal que esas cámaras comiencen a funcionar de manera correcta.
En materia de monitoreo y seguridad se detectó que 33 cámaras ubicadas en distintos puntos de la planta urbana de Olavarría se encontraban sin funcionar. Lo más grave, según la auditoria, es que algunas de ellas ni siquiera fueron «energizadas»
Durante el 2024 se logró recuperar 7 cámaras que se encontraban «inactivas».
En síntesis: el Partido de Olavarría cuenta con 346 cámaras. En la ciudad cabecera 290, de las cuales hay 217 activas.
