José Stuppia a Maximiliano Wesner: «ahora le vamos a agregar un cartel de represor»
Este lunes, tras una denuncia por ruidos molestos, los trabajadores municipales enrolados en el STMO, fueron protagonistas de forcejeos con la policía, cuando un grupo de uniformados quiso secuestrar los parlantes que durante está jornada estaban reproduciendo un discurso del intendente Maximiliano Wesner donde hacía referencia a los trabajadores municipales y sus promesas de gestión.
Tras los momentos de tensión que se vivieron fuera del Palacio Municipal San Martín y el secretario General de los Trabajadores Municipales, José Salvador Stuppia brindó una conferencia de prensa y lejos de cesar en conflicto anticipó más medidas.
Primero, José Stuppia explicó lo sucedido y arremetió contra el Ejecutivo: «la policía quería entrar a la carpa sin orden. La verdad que nos llama poderosamente la atención que el Intendente y el Ejecutivo se hayan enojado porque pusimos el discurso de Wesner en el momento de asunción. Que iba a estar al lado de los compañeros, que él iba a ser un trabajador más, que iba a estar al lado de nosotros y que él iba a reivindicar a todos los trabajadores y, por supuesto, que iba a recomponer la situación salarial. Pusimos este discurso y la verdad que les molestó demasiado porque la policía la tenemos ya de hace dos o tres horas acá dando vuelta.»
Sobre el accionar de la policía, José Stuppia aseguró que desde el Ejecutivo le pidieron a la Policía que saque los parlantes del interior de la carpa. «Le pedimos orden judicial, nos dijeron que no, que estaba en un lugar público. Nosotros les dijimos que, si bien estaba en un lugar público, nosotros tenemos derecho a una protesta y que esto nunca había sucedido. En 20 años nunca sucedió lo que nos pasó hoy», dijo José Stuppia en el desarrollo de la rueda de prensa.
Stuppia aseguró: «el Ejecutivo está desestabilizado emocionalmente por la protesta» y luego «tenemos compañeros que han recibido golpes, bastonazos, y ante esa agresión nosotros desde adentro también nos defendimos.»
Por otro lado, aunque en el plano político, José Stuppia dijo que durante la avanzada de la policía recibió un llamado «del gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires» para invitarlo a un acto el próximo 17 de octubre en Berisso y aseguró, «creo que se iban a poner en contacto de forma urgente para que la policía le ponga la actitud que estaba teniendo.»
José Stuppia señaló que se comprometieron a retirar los parlantes que serán llevados a la sede sindical.
El secretario general del STMO dijo que desconoce quienes denunciaron los ruidos a la policía y agregó, «ellos se escudan atrás de la comunidad y la verdad es vergonzoso. Esto saltó por el discurso. Hoy no se puso música, solamente estaba el discurso de Wesner hacia los trabajadores. Entonces nosotros lo repetíamos para que reflexione el Intendente y podamos tener una salida en paz entre todos y que los trabajadores municipales tengan un salario digno».
Sobre la continuidad de la protesta, José Stuppia adelantó: «lo que vamos hacer, seguramente, es ir donde esté el Intendente inaugurando o haciendo algún acto. Ahora le vamos a agregar un cartel de represor. No lo tenía hasta este momento. La verdad que nos da mucha sorpresa las actitudes que tiene este Ejecutivo.»
Dijo además que «Los Payasos del STMO» estarán en todos los actos con la protesta y con la cartelería.
En otro tramo de la conferencia de prensa, José Stuppia volvió a mencionar la insistencia del Ejecutivo Municipal un incremento salarial del 4%. En este punto, el secretario General de los Municipales dijo: «nosotros tenemos un Observatorio económico y la municipalidad de Olavarría está siendo inconducida económicamente y financieramente. Tenemos problemas graves, muy graves. No hay una política tributaria como corresponde. Tienen gente de la gestión de Galli conduciendo los destinos de la Secretaría de Hacienda entonces la verdad que muy preparados no estaban como para tomar la conducción del municipio. Están careciendo de funcionarios con sabiduría y producencia.»
En ese marco denunció que el Ejecutivo «sacó un bono» y explicó «se llama Bono para Funcionarios con experiencia para aumentarle más algunos funcionarios. Tengo una lista de 14 funcionarios donde se aumentó mucho más el sueldo. En el ítem dice «funcionario con experiencia.»
Sobre la continuidad de las Asambleas, José Stuppia expresó: «vamos a ir rotando los lugares de Asamblea, desde este lunes todas las salas periféricas estaban en Asamblea permanente. Vamos a ir rotando las asamblea.»
Como cierre, José Stuppia dijo, «nunca pensamos que iban a llegar como reprimieron hoy.»
