Venta de terrenos en barrio Los Sauces: Son dos las denuncias que investiga la justicia
Tras la denuncia penal presentada por el Municipio de Olavarría para investigar la presunta venta irregular de terrenos en los márgenes del arroyo San Jacinto, en la zona del barrio Los Sauces, la causa que inició la UFI 4 a cargo de la Dra Paula Serrano, en turno al momento de la denuncia, será derivada a la UFI 7 que lleva adelante el Dr. Christian Urlezaga, por tener una denuncia precedente en trámite.
En Línea Noticias anticipó el tema luego de tomar contacto con vecinos del sector que se habían manifestado preocupados por el avance de los ofrecimientos. La zona es muy codiciada en materia de lotes y terrenos teniendo en cuenta la posibilidad de desarrollar proyectos inmobiliarios, particularmente, quintas o casa quintas.
Luego de la publicación de este medio la inmobiliaria que estaría comercializando los terrenos intentó negar los hechos, aunque ahora las respuestas deberá darlas en la Justicia, porque el Municipio radicó una denuncia tras estar reunida la Jefa de Gabinete Mercedes Landivar con miembros de la CD del Centro de Martilleros y la inmobiliaria antes mencionada.
La venta de estos terrenos se estaba realizando en la ribera del arroyo San Jacinto, nomenclatura catastral: Partido: 78 (Olavarría) Circunscripción: 2 Sección: H Chacra: 741 Fracción: 17 Parcela: 1 Partida Inmobiliaria: 78-57055.
Tras la reunión con la Jefa de gabinete, la inmobiliaria que ofrecía los terrenos señaló que los iba a retirar de la venta hasta que la situación se aclare. Pero pese al acuerdo entre las partes a las 48 horas el municipio decidió radicar la denuncia penal.
La presentación judicial fue realizada en la UFI 4 pero al existir una denuncia precedente en la UFI 7 quedará en los próximos días en manos del Dr. Christian Urlezaga. El mismo fiscal investiga una denuncia de similares características presentada hace al menos cinco meses por un abogado en patrocinio de una persona que compró un terreno y posee un boleto de compraventa de un terreno ubicado en el lugar. Fuentes judiciales consultadas por En Línea Noticias señalaron que, la denuncia precedente no es contra una inmobiliaria sino contra un particular que efectuó la venta del terreno.
