La Dra. Antonella Amoroso se incorpora como médica generalista en el CAPS N° 26
El intendente Maximiliano Wesner, junto a la subsecretaria de APS Florencia Lestrada, visitó en la mañana de este jueves la sede del Centro de Atención Primaria de la Salud Nº 26 del barrio Lourdes, en el marco de las políticas de puesta en valor de dichos centros que cumplen un rol de asistencia sanitaria esencial en cada barrio.
En este sentido, como novedad al CAPS Nº 26 se incorpora la médica generalista Dra. Antonella Amoroso que se integra al equipo para brindar un mejor servicio a toda la comunidad del barrio Lourdes y zonas aledañas.
La Dra. Amoroso contó que realizó su formación en la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad de Buenos Aires y la residencia en Florencio Varela, y en la actualidad se encuentra desempeñándose en dicho centro asistencial “formando un nuevo equipo, estamos muy contentos con los nuevos compañeros, está bueno volver al barrio porque mis viejos toda la vida tuvieron almacén acá en el barrio Lourdes, de alguna forma nos conocemos con los vecinos y vecinas de acá y ahora tengo el gusto de volver y trabajar acá con la gente que conozco”.
El CAPS desde hace dos meses cuenta con extensión horaria en cuanto a la atención, prestando asistencia de 08:00 a 16:00 horas, dado el radio poblacional que requiere del servicio.
Presta servicios en medicina general, enfermería, tocoginecología y obstetricia, pediatría, psicología infantil, odontología, psicopedagogía, gabinete itinerante de trabajo social. Asimismo cuenta con personal administrativo, personal obrero y de servicios.
Ofrece controles del niño sano, control a personas adultas, atención a embarazadas, atención en enfermedades crónicas, atención a problemas respiratorios, vacunación para completar esquemas para todas las edades, urgencias y primeros auxilios, controles de enfermería como curaciones y tomas de presión.
Es importante destacar la impronta territorial del CAPS y las actividades de promoción y prevención de la salud que se llevan adelante en la comunidad, como parte de la red de Centros de Atención Primaria de la Salud con la que cuenta todo el Partido de Olavarría.
