Ser el responsable por el desarrollo integral del punto de venta en las áreas de: ventas, posventa, administración y finanzas.
Formar, desarrollar y liderar el equipo de trabajo, partiendo de las estrategias fijadas por las gerencias funcionales.
Traducir las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes y potenciales clientes en estrategias comerciales adaptadas al punto de venta.
OBJETIVOS
- Definir junto con los gerentes funcionales y territoriales y a partir del plan de negocios general, el correspondiente a su punto de venta, para identificar objetivos, presupuestos, y acciones a emprender.
- Diseñar y desarrollar las tácticas o acciones comerciales, financieras y administrativas que permita el logro de los objetivos fijados por punto de venta.
- Analizar oportunidades de desarrollo de nuevos negocios.
- Analizar en conjunto con cada gerente funcional la evolución y tendencia del mercado: maquinaria, negocio de posventa, nuevas necesidades y perfiles de clientes, nuevas oportunidades de negocio, competencia, posibles amenazas.
