Convocan a instituciones a participar del “Aplauso al Asador”
La Municipalidad del Partido de Olavarría, a través de la Subsecretaría de Cultura, reitera la convocatoria a instituciones de nuestra ciudad para participar del “Aplauso al Asador”.
La 39º Edición de la Fiesta “Un Aplauso al Asador” se realizará en el Parque Helios Eseverri, el domingo 10 de noviembre.
Podrán participar entidades de bien público que estén debidamente acreditadas, clubes de madres y asociaciones cooperadoras, sociedades de fomento, juntas vecinales, agrupaciones tradicionalistas, etc.
La inscripción se encuentra abierta y se extiende hasta el viernes 18 de octubre inclusive, de 8 a 13 horas, en la Dirección de Relaciones con la Comunidad ubicada en el Palacio San Martín (Rivadavia 2801), planta baja.
Los interesados deberán acercar una nota de la institución a la que pertenecen en la que conste la solicitud para participar del evento y los datos de contactos del referente (número de teléfono y dirección de correo electrónico), así como también la documentación que avale a la institución. Se informa también que habrá cupo limitado.
