«Este es el estado hoy del camino que nos lleva a Blanca Grande y Recalde»
El productor agropecuario y concejal de la Unión Cívica Radical, Sebastián Matrella expuso este viernes el pésimo estado en el que se encuentra el camino que conduce a Blanca Grande y Recalde. Después de las intensas precipitaciones de los últimos días, Matrella difundió imágenes y ratificó que la UCR está trabajando en una ordenanza referida a la transitabilidad rural.
Puntualmente sobre el camino a Recalde, Sebastián Matrella dijo «hace rato que vengo sosteniendo que los accesos tanto a Recalde como a Espigas deben ser entoscados en su totalidad por ser las localidades rurales de nuestro partido con más población.»
En este sentido, el productor agropecuario explicó: «el flujo de vehículos es constante no solo para mover la producción sino también porque los estudiantes y los docentes no pueden concurrir a las escuelas.»
Al mismo tiempo, Matrella aseguró: «nuestra ciudad tiene que tener mejor infraestructura vial y son los productores quienes aportan con la tasa para el mantenimiento.»
Matrella no dejó de exponer como cambia el estado del camino en una zona próxima a donde una empresa privada realiza una importante inversión en la instalación de un Parque Eólico detrás de Santa Domingo.
Al mostrar la segunda foto, Matrella explicó «la diferencia está que en los primeros 300 metros la empresa que está poniendo los molinos eólicos detrás de la estancia Santa Dominga sacó tosca de la cuneta y entoscó esa parte para llevar piedra a otro sector.»
Al revelar las diferencias, el concejal dijo: «el estado entre un tramo y otro es abismal y sin embargo el costo de haberlo mejorado fue muy bajo , con la diferencia que en uno se puede circular y en el otro hay que pasar con una camioneta 4×4.»

Las sectores de tierra negra, con vados y bajos, se vuelven peligrosos, y las partes de arena se vuelven inestables. Los 8 km del entoscado, desde la bajada del km 335, también esta muy peligroso.
