Una jueza de Olavarría ordenó la libertad de «la cuidadora» de Bolívar acusada de golpear a una anciana
Una jueza de Olavarría ordenó liberar a «la cuidadora» de la ciudad de Bolívar que había sido denunciada por presuntos ataques a una anciana que tenía a su cuidado. El hecho fue denunciado por el PAMI de la vecina localidad y la «cuidadora», en primera instancia, había sido aprehendida por efectivos de la Estación Departamental de Seguridad de la ciudad de Bolívar.
La decisión de liberar a la «cuidadora» fue tomada por la doctora Fabiana San Román, jueza a cargo del Juzgado de Garantías N° 1 de nuestra ciudad.
La imputada en esta causa se llama Rosa Villar, tiene 64 años y ahora enfrenta cargos por Lesiones.
Si bien la doctora San Román liberó a la mujer se dispusieron medidas cautelares en su contra consistentes en prohibición de acercamiento y hostigamiento.
