Pliegos judiciales: El Senado entrevistó a los funcionarios nominados para ocupar cargos en Olavarría, Azul y Tandil
La Comisión de Asuntos Constitucionales y Acuerdos del Senado de la provincia de Buenos Aires dio un pasó más en la designación de funcionarios del Poder Judicial. Este martes se avanzó en la toma de entrevistas a un centenar de postulantes, entre los que se encontraban los nominados para ocupar cargos en Olavarría, Azul y Tandil.
De esta manera la Comisión de Asuntos Constitucionales y Acuerdos del Senado Bonaerense inició el análisis de los pliegos enviados por el Ejecutivo para cubrir vacantes en diferentes ámbitos de la justicia de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
La jornada fue encabezada por el titular del ente de análisis, el senador de Unión por la Patria Emmanuel González Santalla, quien estuvo acompañado por sus pares de bancada, el vicepresidente Primero del Senado Luis Vivona, Gustavo Soos, Amira Curi y Gabriela Demaría.
La Comisión continuará con el análisis de los expedientes este miércoles desde las 10 hasta las 18 y repetirá la modalidad el viernes en ese mismo horario.
Departamento Judicial Azul
En la primera jornada de análisis del pliegos un buen número de postulantes promovidos para ocupar cargos en el Departamento Judicial de Azul fueron sometidos a la entrevista de rigor.
Uno de los entrevistados este martes fue el doctor Marcelo Adrián Domínguez quien está postulado para ser designado como Defensor Oficial ante el Fuero Criminal y Correccional en Olavarría.
Quien también participó de las entrevistas del martes fue el actual Secretario del Tribunal del Trabajo de Olavarría. Se trata del doctor Christian Marcelo Benitez quien está siendo promovido como Juez para integrar el Tribunal del que hoy forma parte.
También fue entrevistada la doctora María Virginia Paoltroni postulada como Jueza del Juzgado de Paz Letrado de General Alvear.
Entre los entrevistados hubo un olavarriense. A la lista de entrevistas se sumó el doctor Marcos Federico García Etchegoyen postulado como Juez de Cámara de Apelación en lo Civil y Comercial con sede en Azul. García Etchegoyen está promovido para cubrir la vacante que dejó el doctor Jorge Mario Galdos.
En el Senado también participó de las entrevistas el doctor Bernardo Juan Cecilio Fernández de Villegas. Este profesional está postulado como juez del Tribunal del Trabajo con sede en Azul.
Los Senadores y Senadoras entrevistaron también al doctor Martín Oscar Viceconte. Este profesional está siendo promovido a Juez integrante del Tribunal en lo Criminal que tiene asiento en Tandil.
En la extensa jornada fue entrevistado además el doctor Sebastián Manuel Sarde. Este abogado, de aprobarse el pliego, será nombrado Juez de primera instancia y se hará cargo de una dependencia en la ciudad de Tandil.
En lo que hace a funcionarios del Ministerio Público Fiscal, la comisión del Senado entrevistó a la doctora Sandra Viviana Adorno. En este caso está siendo promovida como Defensora Oficial del Fuero Criminal y Correccional y tendrá asiento en Azul.
Por último, también fue entrevistado el doctor Gustavo Adrián Iacaruso. El letrado es promovido como Juez del Tribunal de Trabajo con sede en Tandil.
