La Dirección de Defensa del Consumidor y Relaciones Vecinales del Municipio de Olavarría, en el marco del inicio del período de vacaciones brinda una serie de recomendaciones con la finalidad de proteger los derechos de los usuarios.
Desde el área se hace hincapié en los siguientes puntos a tener en cuenta:
Exigir ticket o factura.
Observar que los locales gastronómicos exhiban listas de precios en su ingreso y ofrezcan una carta individual por cada mesa.
No contratar alojamiento a través de redes sociales como Facebook y WhatsApp.
Chequear que el proveedor del alojamiento figure en registros de la Secretaría de Turismo de la localidad visitada y en sitios web seguros que publicitan servicios de hospedaje.
No perder de vista la tarjeta de crédito al comprar en supermercados, estaciones de servicio, restaurantes y bares, para evitar fraudes. Y verificar el cupón antes de firmarlo.
Controlar resúmenes de tarjetas de crédito. Hay 30 días para denunciar e impugnar productos o servicios no contratados.
Reclamar reintegro de señas por inmuebles y/o servicios contratados que no cumplan lo pre-establecido.

Verificar que los precios de los productos y/o servicios coincidan con los publicados en las promociones.
