Barrio Nicolás Avellaneda: Detuvieron a los dos hombres que intentaron asesinar a un adolescente
La policía hizo efectiva este miércoles la detención de dos hombres que intentaron asesinar a un adolescente de 15 años en en el barrio Nicolás Avellaneda.
Los detenidos tienen 26 y 46 años.
La investigación es guiada por la fiscal Mariela Viceconte quien caratuló los hechos como “Homicidio simple agravado por el uso de arma de fuego en grado de tentativa»
Para la justicia los dos detenidos cumplieron distintos roles en el ataque mientras uno es señalado como el autor material del ataque al otro se le achaca una participación secundaria.
Se espera que en las próximas horas los dos hombres sean trasladados a sede judicial donde serán indagados en la audiencia establecida en el Art. 308 del Código Procesal Penal de la provincia de Buenos Aires.
El hecho
El sábado pasado, en horas de la tarde, un adolescente de 15 años fue atacado a balazos mientras se encontraba en la calle en el barrio Nicolás Avellaneda.
Testigos del hecho señalaron que dos personas a bordo de una moto 110 CC que pasaron por el lugar y comenzaron a disparar con un arma de fuego.
Uno de los proyectiles alcanzó a la víctima y le provocó una herida a la altura de la rodilla.
Al lugar concurrió una ambulancia del sistema público de salud que trasladó a la víctima al Hospital municipal.
