UCR bonaerense: la Justicia confirmó la victoria de la lista apadrinada por Abad
El juez federal con competencia electoral Alejo Ramos Padilla confirmó la victoria de la lista encabezada por Miguel Fernández (Lista 23) en las elecciones de la Unión Cívica Radical (UCR) bonaerense, al desestimar un recurso de nulidad presentado por la nómina que llevaba como candidato principal a Pablo Domenichini (Lista 15).
El documento judicial advierte sobre varias irregularidades en el proceso electoral. Sin embargo, el magistrado decidió “no hacer lugar al recurso de nulidad” planteado por la Lista 15 para las elecciones a nivel bonaerense, aunque sí ordenó que se llame a comicios complementarios en Ezeiza.
Las elecciones partidarias se celebraron el pasado 6 de octubre y, en un marco de paridad, surgieron acusaciones cruzadas entre las distintas listas. Primero fue la Junta Electoral partidaria la que confirmó la victoria de Fernández y ahora lo hizo la Justicia Federal. El recuento final había dado una diferencia de 2.000 votos.
De esta manera, la lista de Fernández (exintendente de Trenque Lauquen) y Elsa Llenderrozas, que fue apadrinada por el senador y actual titular del partido a nivel bonaerense Maximiliano Abad, se impuso por sobre la de Pablo Domenichini y Carla Mesías, que contaba con el apoyo del senador Martín Lousteau y del diputado Facundo Manes.
El fallo de Ramos Padilla confirma la victoria de Fernández a nivel provincial, pero declara la nulidad de 14 mesas en Quilmes, de ocho en La Matanza y de seis en Ezeiza. En este último distrito ordena realizar una “convocatoria a Elecciones complementarias” porque “la cantidad de las mesas anuladas supera el 50% de las mesas de votación habilitadas”.
El documento judicial advierte que una vez realizada la elección complementaria en Ezeiza “la Junta Electoral Provincial deberá realizar un nuevo cómputo de los resultados del escrutinio definitivo de la elección interna partidaria de la Unión Cívica Radical del Distrito Buenos Aires”. (DIB) MT
