Anticipo / Maximiliano Wesner anunció que los Municipales cobrarán dos bonos con motivo del fin de año
Además a mediados de diciembre percibirán el aguinaldo y, antes de fin de año, el sueldo correspondiente al mes en curso.
Mientras el Sindicato de Trabajadores Municipales de Olavarría solicitó la reapertura de las paritarias a partir de este 1 de diciembre, el Intendente Maximiliano Wesner anunció que en este último mes del año los empleados y empleadas de la comuna percibirán dos bonos y el aguinaldo. Aún no se conocen con precisión algunas fecha.
Maximiliano Wesner ratificó su decisión de dar a conocer las novedades de manera directa a los trabajadores y desde la tarde noche del viernes circula un mensaje enviado por el Intendente a los más de 2600 empleados de la comuna.
«Antes de finalizar la semana queríamos informarles que para acompañar los ingresos familiares en esta última etapa del año, hemos decidido concretar el pago de un bono navideño que viene a sumarse al cronograma de pagos del mes de diciembre junto al aguinaldo y al sueldo mensual», explicó el Intendente Wesner en el mensaje dirigido a los trabajadores.
El Bono Navideño está destinado al personal con ingresos de hasta 900.000 pesos netos con una carga horaria igual o mayor a 30 hs. No se contabilizan para el calculo guardias activas o pasivas, adicional por servicio crítico, horas extras y teniendo en cuenta únicamente los descuentos de ley y afiliaciones sindicales.
El Municipio tiene decidido pagar este bono de Navidad de la siguiente manera:
Bono de 180 mil pesos. Destinado a trabajadores con ingresos netos de hasta 500.000 pesos.
Bono de 120 mil pesos. Destinado a trabajadores con ingresos netos entre 500.000, 01 y 700.000 mil pesos.
Bono de 80 mil pesos. Destinado a trabajadores con ingresos netos entre 700.000,01 y 900.000 pesos.
A este Bono Navideño se le sumará el Bono de Fin de Año que ya está confirmado en cuanto a la decisión de pago aunque monto y fecha de pago aún no se comunicaron.
Junto con ese mensaje del Intendente se conocieron las fechas de cobro.
El Municipio informó que el 6 de diciembre los municipales que se encuentren alcanzados por la medida cobrarán el Bono Navideño. En tanto, el 18 de diciembre todos los trabajadores y trabajadoras cobrarán el medio aguinaldo. Y por último, el 27 de diciembre los trabajadores recibirán los salarios de este mes y de esta manera se adelantará la fecha de cobro.
